Hotel Kopala

The hotel is in a great location, with walking distances to almost everywhere. The big surprise was the reception offered us an upgrade to a suite with terrace, with a great view of Europe Square and Metekhi Church. Excellent!

The hotel is located in the old town, close to tourist attractions. Nice location, especially the restaurant.Room is clean and look better than the photos.Just 5 minutes walk to Carrefour and local stores around the area.

The hotel has a stunning view. You can watch the entire historic area from a spacious balcony. You can walk to nightlife spots. You can dine with a beautiful view on the rooftop terrace.

The restaurant on the rooftop terrace isn’t very affordable. The hotel isn’t brand new, but the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

My room had an excellent view outside to the church. Beautiful night pictures. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a stunning view to the church and old town.

Anna the receptionist was lovely and helpful. She is a credit to your business. The view from the terrace is incredible.

The prices in the restaurant are a little high, and the service a little slow. Not much noise insulation from outside, was kept awake by music and a barking dog.

The breakfast is really below standard. Room was OK but on the small side. The best feature of this hotel is the restaurant on the top floor.

Visited the property in March. Location of the hotel property, convenience to travel and walk-around in old city of tbilisi, the location is wonderful and ease of access to tourist spots (surely if you are willig to walk and experience the city, culture and ambience). I would like to come back someday and stay at the same property. The property also accomodated an early check-in for us at no extra charge and the same was an appreciated gesture.

the 1st room had 2 single beds combined together instead of 1 double bed. But after our request they changed the room for us.

The hotel is very nice, walking distance to all beautiful and tourist places. The rooms are wide, clean, and comfy.

Facility , stairs are difficult to access the rooms.Bathroom has urinal between counter and sit-down tiolet , that's wierd for me.

The location is great. walking distance to most places. The hotel has a 24 hour check in desk and I was able to check in at 4:00am in the morning. On request, they were kind enough to extend tge check out time till 2 PM (as my flight was delayed). The hotel is great for the affordable price. Highly recommended for travellers seeking good value for money.

The bathroom ventilation was not very good and a rustic old building smell was persistently there.

Very well located, we could walk to the Old Town or to Metro Station. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast room has an amazing view of Tbilisi.

Breakfast variety could be improved, but still very nice.

The reception staff were friendly, especially the employee, Anne , and the view from the room's balcony made for a lovely stay

Very well located, with easy access to 24-hour facilities. The cleanliness and quality of the rooms are excellent. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, with highly qualified and helpful staff. The hotel’s restaurant is simply wonderful, with very well-prepared and elaborate dishes, and the most beautiful view one could have for a dinner on the terrace, almost always accompanied by very pleasant music. I would like to thank all the staff for providing me with an excellent experience during my stay, especially Anna, with red hair, for her friendliness and the tips she gave me about the city from check-in to check-out.

The view was excellent from the 3rd floor of the additional building. The room was comfortable and spacious.
