Friendly and helpful stuff!!

Great location near facilities, and a good view from the terrace!

Our stay was quite disappointing. The blankets were not clean, and the AC was not functional, making the room uncomfortable. A significant inconvenience was the absence of a service elevator, which meant we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Additionally, the breakfast offered limited choices and didn't seem fresh.

I had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was truly exceptional. Artyom and Sharvala went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect — from smooth check-in to helpful local recommendations. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed. They were ready to accomodate many last-minute requests that we had and also helped us arrange local tours. The rooms were perfectly clean with all the required amenities and gave a cozy vibe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Made a very last minute booking, but was very well received. They even showed me a couple of rooms to choose from.

The location was great, not very far away from metro station. Staff members also was polite and nice.

The apartment had a very weird smell. Also, the bathroom needs renovation. There was no normal knife in the kitchen, no microwave and no oven even if in the description it was written that it was here. Maybe in the hotel somewhere but not in the room I paid.

Stay was comfortable and staff was helpful, especially Artyom! Breakfast was delicious and they prepared vegetarian options when requested.

The hotel was clean and very comfy , close to a metro station and supermarket downstairs open 24/7 , the location is very good.The stuff was very helpful and we were very welcomed by Artyom and Shalva the registrar team they made our stay very convenient the made everything possible early breakfast, late check out and even kept our baggage safely after checking out as our flight was at night .As for the breakfast Julia and Milena made us a very nice and delicious breakfast, with good variety , the quality and taste was excellent.And we can’t forget Diana who cleaned our room she do everything even without asking changing what needs to be change ,thank you all for making our vacation so comfy and convenient.

That was nice place, we stay with family 4 nights. The location is excellent, so you can get the most sights by walk. They provide you very testy breakfast, clean rooms, nice service, I would like to mention administrators Artyom and Shako, who were very helpful and kind. Thank you very much.

The room was clean, reception was 24 hour available. Breakfast was perfect, very kindly staff.

The staffs are very attentive and friendly such as shame that im bad in remembering name. Staff name is sounds like Shavegli the night shift staff in particular is the best!!! He attends to our request even in the middle of the night. Location wise it’s accessible to lots of great restaurants and shopping areas. The breakfast of the hotel have a decent food selection but food quality us really good.

As newlyweds, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The balcony overlooking the streets added a lovely touch to our experience, and the warm, cozy atmosphere indoors during winter made it even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Artyom at the reception—his helpfulness and professionalism were exceptional. Highly recommended!

It smelled heavely like perfume in order to disguise the smell from the sewer in the bathroom.

Location was perfect. Rooms were specious and well furnished.Staff were helpful.All the Halal restaurants and cafes are just on a walking distance.Metro is also on 10 min walk.

There was the noise from the street through the windows which was annoying.Breakfast menu was very limited and there was nothing special or attractive so we avoided breakfast and had to buy from nearby restaurants.

Great hotel at a great location.Big and very clean rooms.Great value for money.Amazing staff that takes care of every request.In particular there was one guy called Shavlegi that was there in our first day and in our last day and did above and beyond that we will be happy.

Breakfast was modest and tasty, I think it can be improved a bit.
