Wifi is best in the lobby

Quite difficult to carry the luggage to some rooms as the elevators don't go to every floor. Construction was happening when we were there so hammering was happening on one side of our wall. Wifi wasn't great in the rooms

Stinky, dusty and size is half the one shown in the picture. The main issue toilet doesn’t have a hand flush at all

I stay for 3nights with my son, the people in the reception are nice and helpful, breakfast are good,cleaning lady always smile.

The price was reasonable since we are on budget . Far from main downtown not that noisy. The receptionist from morning was nice even while checking out Also they offered us free coffee .The bathroom was super clean.Trinity church is nearby in walking distance.

Everything, the hotel wasnt cleaned at all!! Yes its 3 stars hotel but that shouldnt stop it from being clean and I found hair everywhere in yhe room!! Cockroaches in the drain!!!

The staff was friendly, kind and very helpful The guy there he helped me to book the train ticket and he printed out for me ??The room was big and I enjoyed the view from balcony

Good quality for the price paid. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is ready to help if needed.

The breakfast could be improved in terms of variety through the days, every day it was the same. The position isn't the best, as it takes some time to reach the city centre and it is uphill, it can be hard to walk for someone.

The bed was uncomfortable, we both had back pain. 2 single bed joint to have - big one, but the other was high than the others, 1 is soft and 1 is hard, it is not balance.

This was the worst experience in our trips.I do not know even from what to start.Staff is extremely indifferent, rude and not professional.First day we were told that we could make coffee ourselves in the kitchen.On the second day when administration is another person just did not allow us to make coffee. So we had to go and buy coffeepot.The rooms were extremely dirty, so first day we had to ask them to change our rooms and give us rooms in better conditions, of course they did but those rooms were dirty too.There were no toothbrushes, towels and toothpastes in the room.TV did not work.Tap and douche were broken. With this value of money there are lots of hotels in Tbilisi where you can enjoy your stay and feel much better in that hotels, such as Dimond hotel.

The breakfast was not very tempting. Also, we missed proper coffee; there was only instant coffee available.

The location is nice, especially if you want to stay away from the old city crowds - it’s a bit more calm. but we did take a lot of cabs to go to other more central placesthe room was spacious enough, with everything you need

no kettle in the room (there’s one in the kitchen downstairs which we could still use outside of breakfast time though) the sheets were washed but had some stains on them

There was no elevator in my building.At 9am the breakfast was almost finished and they didn't refill. I asked the receptionist to make King bed as they gave me twin. He said he will do it next day which he didn't. Cleaning was terrible on my 1st day. Tissue papers were left around the bed. No hot water on my last night.Minibar fridge was not working, my yoghurt got spoiled.You can hear your neighbor clearly, no soundproof walls.

Great hotel in Tbilisi. Staff were friendly and helpful. room was very nice and big, with a large comfy bed. Desk was small but functional and was able to work there. Shower very nice, plugs by bed, and wifi was fine 99% of the time. Very clean and modern, felt secure. Had a nice view onto the city below. Location is about 15 minutes from a metro, and 15 minutes to the edge of the central city. But hotel is in the old town so very close to the main religious site in the city, 1 minute walk.

It was a bit pricey compared to other options but ultimately worth it as it felt like a proper institutional hotel. Wifi cut out sometimes but reconnected almost immediately. It was a bit cold but with heating on full blast it was fine. To get to the centre, it's a steep walk (downwards) and quite tiring coming back, so not a good option for anyone with mobility issues!

Food is delicious.Nice location for all the tours.Staffs are nice.

No bidet in the bathroom.
