Pros +
- Centrally located hotel with very friendly staff and owner. They will make the impossible for you to feel comfortable. We spent the shabbat there and it was really good. The food is always coming with great quality and quantity. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. The room was spacious and comfy.
- kosher breakfast was great receptioin very responsive
- I recommend do not visit this facility
Cons -
- It's time for a renovation, especially in the suite room which is the most expensive one and around some other facilities that needs it. The room has a water stagnation ordor which can be dissipated by opening the windows but it looks like renovation this team would help.
- sandiches we bought expensive and too salty. second day was too small
- Disrespectful staff even the manager, police had to come, not professional, racist ethnic comments, is really a mess

Nothing, from their services to facility to racial profiling were all bad
First of all it was an Israelite hotel and we went there they told us there is no food serve in the hotel because of their festival. We went for breakfast the next morning there were little or no variety to eat and the staffs were looking at us like we came from another planet. The bathroom tap was broken we called for it to be fixed to no avail, we ordered room service for drinking water and no one showed up. Please do not send me to such a hotel again, I always book with Booking.com but this was my worst experience. The worst part was the way the staffs were looking at us like there have never seen people of colour and even my 6 years old son noticed. We left the hotel and started somewhere else for 2 days and then came back there on our last day as it was close to airport for our 6am flight. Worst Experience ever
I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ??
This hotel is mainly for Jewish guests, especially Israeli Jews. For me, as someone who paid a significantly higher price for a pleasant trip with my spouse, it was extremely painful and frustrating to be treated according to Jewish religious laws. One day, there was no breakfast at all, and on other days, the breakfast was always the same—just eggs and vegetables, with nothing else available. The coffee machines were always broken, and once food items ran out, they were never replenished. Additionally, the hotel staff was not very friendly, and no one spoke English. At the last moment, the hotel informed us that there was no shuttle service, meaning we had to find our own way to the hotel by taxi. The hotel is very old and overused. The bathrooms in the rooms have serious issues and are full of limescale buildup. The doors and windows let in a lot of noise and are not soundproof at all. The internet is extremely weak, making it almost impossible to use properly, so my spouse and I had to rely on mobile data from SIM cards we purchased. The spa, pool, and sauna were in terrible condition. The pool floor was damaged, one sauna was completely out of order, and the other worked intermittently. The entire hotel felt old, run-down, and far from being a pleasant place to stay.Additionally, the location is very remote, far from all the main attractions or places you might want to visit.I would only recommend this hotel if the price were two dollars per night—anything more than that is absolutely not worth it. This was our first and last time staying here.We don’t care whether the food is halal or kosher; what matters is that I paid for a five-star European hotel experience but received the service of a one-star guesthouse in Bangladesh.I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
The hotel was nice, clean. Pool was nice. The room was spacious. In a good location. Food was great.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The smell of the food everywhere.. We stayed on the 4th floor and the smell there was very strong.. This made us to avoid the hotel, we came back as late as possible just for a sleep. Therefore we did not use also a swimming pool or sauna, also did not eat in the second floor restaurant, basically because of the smell everywhere. 1st floor cafe used one time on arrival, personal does not speak any other languages exept georgian and menu also in georgian. We paid 30euro for 2 hachapuri and one Giorgi salad. First class restaurant in the city centre main dishes was cheaper.. Sorry, this hotel need to work on it a lot if it wants to return the customers...
Comfy beds, clean, tasty breakfast
Front desk staff and shift manager a bit disrespectful
Kosher facilities. Very clean. Comfy bed.
Far out from old city center. Some of staff not so friendly.
very clean. staff are helpful. food is good. manager is very accommodating on every request.
nothing bad to say.
The location is good - but not in the city centerBreakfast is OK nothing moreIt is a clean place with a good vibe
average - no meat, which in fairness was advertise but I didn't realise Kosher mean't no meat
Staff nice enough but place was just too dear for what you got.
The room was very good with a great view of the mountains.
The maintenance was very poor a specially the air conditioning
The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The food was wonderful. We only eat kosher food and it was extremely convenient.
The carpet in the room was a little “tired”. It needs changing
We enjoyed the large comfortable room, were happy that they supplied us an extra blanket and extra pillows. The breakfast was exceptional!
The meat resteraunt had some difficulties. Specifically they didn't have the option of tap water, they also need to consider getting a rice cooker as the rice was sticky. And also they should use less salt, I'm not sensitive to this, and even for me the food was pretty salty.
Breakfast is great. Everything is clean, friendly atmosphere and hospitable staff. They have a swimming pool that works 24/7 so it is possible to refresh, sauna and spa and massages .. Truly a hotel that meets expectations.
Well we have no particular objections.
Excellent everything! will definitley want to stay there again! a very welcoming attitude from the staff, super clean room, very good breakfast, a very good meat (and kosher) restaurant - a pleasure!
The swimming pool is small, and the workout area cosist of two bicycle-like instruments. Can definitley improve there; but is is more on a level of nice-to-have, and doesn't affect the very good experience as a whole.
the location was okay , and staff were friendly and helpful, cleanliness was fine and rooms were normal , the restaurant was excellent and delicious but a little expensive.
the breakfast was simple and poor, reception talk English hardly , and bar was not working properly.
The staff were incredibly nice and the cleaning was good.
The dogs kept us up, the traffic noise was unpleasant and the pool area was well below par. The location was disappointing.
The staff was very accommodating and very polite.I was very impressed. The quality of food and the quantity were more than sufficient.I will definitely come back again!
