Hotel City

All was great.The hotel is awesome; the crew is amazing as well.The breakfast also, the room was big, all was clean and I was really satisfied.

The location is excellent and very special, with everything you need close by. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Salome, who was extremely kind, polite, and hospitable. Cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was very nice. I also appreciated the availability of a hygienic shower (bidet spray), which is very important for Muslim guests.

Breakfast was disappointing. They had an issue with their fire alarm that ringed in the middle of the night which woke everyone up in the middle of the night. No compensation or apologies were given.

Its clean and modern. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly. And a crib was available.

Stairs to the room (we had strollers) and there was no baby chair at breakfast. And the breakfast selection was limited.

Amazing location in the old town, close to many restaurants and bars

The hotel has one side with an elevator and one without. We stayed at the one without and it was hard with the stairs and a toddler.The breakfast was decent and we skipped it most of our stay

We arrived very early and they agreed to an early check in , the staff is lovely and kind , great location .

The room wasn't that clean , the breakfast is basic , they didn't clean our room in the first day and when i asked why the receptionist told me not to worry that they work until 18:00 but even so no one came to clean the room .

We went to the hotel early to leave our luggage and they said your room is ready. great place to stay in tbilisi

Location was the only good thing

I am a frequent traveller and this was the worst hotel experience for me. The bathroom had a very bad smell and the receptionist told me it will go after cleaning and it did when they clean in the morning but when we came back in the evening the smell is always awful. We had to use stairs to reach our room and the stairs were always dirty. There were ants in bathroom mainly and also there were some in the room. I found a hair in the eggs on my first day so I never had breakfast there again, plus there was no variety of options for the breakfast. The double bed was two single beds put next to each other so there was a space in the mattress in the middle. It was also noisy and u can hear everything from the next room. I believe this hotel is over rated and over priced. I asked them to refund one night so I can find another hotel because of the bathroom smell but they refused.

Bathroom smell

Excellent location, located just next to the liberty square the most happening place in Tbilisi. Good breakfast provided by the hotel. All staff were kind and attended issues even at late night.

Room was located about floor 5, so no lift was available. I’ve to physically carry all the luggage’s self to the next level.

Central location, close to restaurants, shops and touristy attractions.

Since the hotel is located next to pubs and karaoke bars, it is pretty noisy during the night.
