best location, very cooperative staff, especially, i would like to mention Receptionist GIVI who was very proactive and ready to help. moreover, complementary coffee/tea was an added advantage.

i could not avail the breakfast, as its time was not convenient. it starts at 9.00 am which is very late. it should be atleast 7.30, i belive.

We were a family travelling with our daughter and grandchild and had booked 2 rooms. The hotel was in the old part of Tbilisi on the main Rustaveli Avenue. One of our rooms was upgraded and we are thankful to the owner. The rooms were big and clean with a cozy double bed, a small kitchenette and a clean toilet. The furniture was antique and there was a piano too in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony. There were plenty of local Georgian restaurants near by where we had the opportunity of tasting the local delicacies, wine and fresh juices. It was easy to book a Bolt cab to see the local attractions. The breakfast was freshly made.

Since the room was facing the road there was a little noise but we slept well. Otherwise everything was perfect for us.

I booked and paid for a junior suit but they had provided me first with a bad double for two days then they provide me with a little more decent double room, not junior suit with balcony as per your site. Pretty old building without proper maintenance and hotel is limited to third floor only, that to so shabby.

Traditional look and lot of antic items, well maintained.

The location is great, on other side of Rustaveli street there are museums, picture galeries. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good and delicious.

Hotel has new manager, Givi and Luka are giving excellent service and warm hospitality!It is in central location located near many good restaurants and shopping places. Also very convenient for bus, taxi or metro )

I booked twin bed suet but they provide a bed and a caution, every thing is old and damaged and not clean especially the carpet. no any service, no any facility. I left the property, I did not sleep, I lost the booking money. VERY BAD experience.

The location of the hotel was central. The distance between the airport and the hotel is 40 minutes. You can reach most places by walking. There is a shopping mall near the hotel. It was nice to watch the sunrise from the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the gentleman working at the reception, whose name I do not know, was very helpful. Our room was not ready because we arrived at the hotel early. However, we were able to leave our luggage. Thank you again for your help ?

Location and staff

The building needs lots of renovation, especially the structure from inside, we had the feeling that it was not safe as the slap is not straight and you feel the building is bending

The building is old and requires some renovation from inside and outside. However, the staff was super nice, friendly and welcoming, which gave us some comfort.

Its location close to downtown General cleanliness in the room is ok

This hotel has a perfect location in the middle of the one of the central streets of Tbilisi, so you can easily reach the most famous places. Staff was great as well.

Room was quite moldy. Carpet, bed sheets were with holes, shower head has been broken (water sprayed everywhere).

The location of the Rustaveli Hotel is absolutely perfect! - it just right across from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet.The interior of the hotel is sophisticated and someone who designed that space certainly knew what they were doingThe room was spacious and clean. Just perfectThe last but not least - the breakfast was delicious. Big plus for delicious coffee
