The hotel is located very close to the Europe Square and within a short walking distance from the city center; Nevertheless it is located in a quiet area.The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.Breakfast is rich and filling.Also, the reception is open 24/7, which was important for us as we arrived late at night.

The mattress was a bit hard

The room was clean and well maintained, with adequate amenities for a comfortable stay. The room size was good, offering enough space along with a pleasant view. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, which made it very convenient.

The towels, although clean, felt quite old and could be replaced. The breakfast options were limited, and a bit more variety would improve the overall experience.

Hotel, excellent staff, apartments above all, location five minutes by taxi from the city center, owner Tamar provides excellent and welcoming service, receptionists kacha and Misha are cute and helpful with every inquiry and request, we will be back again.

Very good stuff and hotel

It was a very quiet room; especially, loved the firm bed. The food was good. The staff were friendly. They gave me a bottle of wine which was very tasty. I'll definitely choose this hotel when I come back to Georgia!!

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. From the bottle of wine that welcomed me upon arrival, to the moment when a hotel staff member kindly carried my bag all the way to the taxi as I was leaving. Everything was not just good, but truly exceptional — and all delivered with genuine warmth and impeccable tact.I spent 7 days here, so I know what I’m talking about. The hotel is spotlessly clean and perfectly located. I especially want to highlight the windows that completely block out city noise - something very important in a large city. The breakfast was wonderful as well, with something to suit everyone’s taste.

From the greeting at the reception to the check out I received excellent service. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff. Definitely recommend!

هتل در مکان خوب و مرکزيت شهر، نزدیک به مترو و ایستگاههای اتوبوس آولاباری قرار گرفته. اخلاق و میهمان نوازی رسپشن ها مخصوصا آقای ولادیمیر که انگلیسی خیلی خوب صحبت میکردن عالی بود. ساختمان نو و تمیز بود اتاقها خوب و آرام بودند. صبحانه کامل و خوب بود. به قیمتش می ارزید.

تنوع صبحانه حلال خیلی کم بود - تو دستشویی طبق معمول همه هتلهای گرجستان شیلنگ آب نبود

The location was ok. This is probably the only good thing about this place.

Everything was a disaster at this place. The check-in process was horrible - I booked a double room with a balcony but was offered a tiny dark room on the ground floor facing a courtyard. When I said that I booked a different room, I was moved to another room (which also did not have a balcony) because apparently all the balcony rooms were already taken. Also, the bed was totally uncomfortable as it was super old and had a big "hole" in the middle and it was impossible to sleep on it (see the photo). The biggest problem however was the parking (which was one of the things I looked for when I booked this hotel as I had a rental car). The driveway was really tiny and packed with cars so it was impossible to drive to it and - as a result - I was asked to leave my car on the driveway instead of the parking. As I had my flight at 3 o'clock in the morning, I specifically asked the staff if they were sure I can leave the car there and I would have no problems driving out at night. They assured me that it was ok but when I checked out, it turned out that my car was blocked by another car and I couldn't drive out to the airport! It took the staff almost 20 minutes to find the owner of the car (apparently one of the people living in the neighbourhood) and I was almost late for my flight because of that. It is definitely a place to avoid!!!

The location is very close to the center of Tbilisi and within a couple of km of all the famous tourist destinations. We almost walked to all locations and ended up saving quite a bit on transportation. The room was fairly spacious and extremely clean. The staff, along with the owner, was super friendly and went to great lengths to accommodate any requests at any time of the day. They just made sure that me and my family had a comfortable stay.We are certainly going back.

We stayed for only one night and found the hotel location quite convenient for exploring the city center on foot. The room had an AC and everything a traveller needs, including such details as bottles with water, tea facilities and a hair dryer. We liked the breakfast for having hints of georgian cuisine. Another nice surprise was the terrace on the roof with a view to enjoy especially in the evening.Special thanks to the reception staff for letting us leave our luggage after checking out so that we could go for a walk before heading off to the airport.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located close to all the main landmark and attractions. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the hotel itself from the lobby to every room just sparkles. The breakfast was delicious, with many options boosting with grain guan authentic flavours and offered a variety of dishes every day. Where the hotel especially stands out is its staff. They all at the Marionn Hotel were kind, attentive and helpful and were the true epitome of the Georgian hospitality.

Clean room, excellent breakfast. Mr. Vladimir was very supportive in guiding us on the city routes and arranging the cab for a very good price. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed our stay without any issues. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, kind and very helpful with all our requests. The rooms are spacious enough, and very very clean, The breakfast is good and fresh and there are some new dishes every morning so it does not get boring having same thing over and over. Also they can prepare omelette, if asked. They prepared a delicious veggies and cheese omelette for my husband. They do not have a restaurant for lunch and dinner but when we asked them for lemon and tea they provided us so it was very kind of them.Also location is great, so it is a great place to stay. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great!

The bed was not the best, and a bit squeaky, but once we fell asleep it was no issue.

Location is convenient. Room was ready when we arrived. Vladimir the staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel
