Pros +
- Great location, food , comfortable
- Perfect Location, decent Breakfast
- The lady in reception was very friendly and made best efforts to help us. Very nice breakfast terrace.
Cons -
- Little smell in furniture that’s it .
- The kitchen lady could be more polite & accomodating in giving us entry to the breakfast room a little early or a better ear for packed breakfast when we needed it becuase of early trips and our dietary restrictions, one of the family members being diabetic.
- Let’s start with location - it’s super central but it’s also a downside as it was extremely loud during the night till 6-7 AM with closed windows. We couldn’t sleep at all. Second - hotel looks very shabby and definitely needs renovation. We booked and paid for 2rooms for 3 nights but left after one night which doesn’t happen very often.

Above all, its location in the old city center made it incredibly convenient for enjoying Tbilisi during our four-night stay. The breakfast restaurant was located on the rooftop, allowing me to enjoy a refined and delicious breakfast while taking in the views of Tbilisi. I was also grateful that I could order a lunch box before breakfast time.
Location
Noise and outdated hotel
Location. Friendly staff
City streets very loud. Uncomfortable bed.
Amazing location, within walking distance from liberty square, and many nearby good restaurants. The breakfast is good and it’s nice having it from the balcony, with a great view. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly, shoutout to Christina from the reception for being very helpful and kind.
Hotel in Tbilisi: We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The hotel is very well located, in the old part of Tbilisi. The room had everything we needed. We especially want to thank Mariam and Anna for the wonderful breakfasts: a delicious cheese omelet, porridge, fried eggs, matsoni, and the croissants were amazing, along with homemade jam and more – all homemade. The staff at the reception were responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. Thank you all for your hospitality.
quite noisy because of the location.
Located at the heart of the old city, close to everything. Busy city life around with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.Clean and comfortable room
The location is the best you can find. Walking distance to all of the main attractions. The breakfast on the terrace with the view is amazing.
The cleaning at the nearest rooms is very noisy. It is very disturbing when you are trying to take a nap at the morning hours.
Location, cleanliness
Noice from the street
Wonderful location: there is everything the tourists need within walking distance - many attractions, souvenirs, restaurants. The room was small but very functionally furnished. It has appliances and stuff we need.Breakfast is served on the terrace with a beautiful mountain view. It was delicious, and I highly recommend matsoni (homemade Georgian yogurt).
Breakfast is very good, with fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and a few tasty bakery items. The local staff are friendly, and talking with them is interesting. The local food is also very tasty.
The building is not renovated, and the rooms are quite small, which may feel less comfortable for a longer stay.
the staff was very nice and helpful, special thanks to Kristina! The best thing about this hotel is its location- right in the center.
My stay in Tbilisi started with the hospitable reception of Kristina. She provided me with an early check-in. I was satisfied with the room and hotel's amenities. As well as with my breakfast on a picturesque terrace of the dining room managed by its very pleasant hostess, Anna. In addition, the location of the hotel is very beneficial, exactly in the heart of the city.
Staying at Sharden Villa Boutique Hotel was the perfect way to experience the charm of Old Tbilisi. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the city’s historic landmarks, cozy cafes, and vibrant streets. Our room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It felt like a perfect mix of comfort and character in the heart of the city.
I liked everything about this hotel: amazing central location, extremely helpful and friendly staff (special thanks to lovely Kvantsa), beautiful view from the terrace, clean rooms, daily cleaning service. No complaints.
The only caveat is that it can get loud at night especially on the weekend. It didn’t affect my stay much, but those who need quiet, should keep it in mind.
Location is very good, its at the center. Many restaurants nearby and also to cable car
Interior and look inside hotel is old style
