Very nice stay in this hotel. The room was comfortable, and well prepared. The hotel itself is pleasant and has a good atmosphere. The location is very good, next to old city and easy to reach many places. Staff were polite, and everything was organized well. I enjoyed my breakfast.

I stayed in this hotel only one day but everything was good. The room was extremely clean, and the hotel was quiet and nice. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and metro station. I needed help to print some documents and the staff helped me right away and were very kind. I felt comfortable during my stay and would come back again.

This hotel's biggest advantage is its fantastic location; it's probably the best thing about it. It's very easy to get around and see the main sights from here.The hotel itself is very clean, and our room was serviced daily, which we appreciated. We also liked that they provided complimentary drinking water in the room every day.The breakfast was just okay. The selection was a bit limited and wasn't replenished very quickly when items ran out.Overall, a very clean and comfortable stay made excellent by its perfect location.

The only thing holding this place back from a 5-star rating is the breakfast. Sort that out, and you've got a flawless hotel!

The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, assisting with both tour bookings and sightseeing recommendations. They even offered to hold our luggage for the entire day, which was a huge convenience. The breakfast spread was also fantastic.

1. No elevator: We had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs.2. Loud air conditioner: The AC in the room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.3. Narrow street: The street leading to the hotel was very narrow, causing issues for taxis trying to drop off or pick up guests.

the property itself is very nice and cozy and located in a nice area no views but it’s nice.

the management confirmed early check in option and when i reached the hotel they told no available room until check in time ended up waiting with my wife and our luggage from 6:00 AM until 10:00 Am

It was great! We did not have any problems with our stay. Breakfest was good, beds were comfortable. It was clean in the rooms. Staff is helpful!

If you want a quiet room make sure to book a room not on the front. Our room was in the front and you could hear street voices as a lot of foot traffic. Coffee machine at breakfast did not work well.

The location is very close to the center of the city, neighborhood felt like you were in the streets of a small town in Italy with all locals and friendly restaurants.

The food option on the breakfast buffet were repetitive in all days of my stay, the food area is also small and holds few tables only.

If you like view to the neighbor building 2 meters in front of you (or even worse - to the staircase) then this hotel is exactly for you :)

Place is in the center so everything okey, you can fast take all restaurants and best places

In the morning we ask help! We was with children 2 years, our car was problems near hotel and we ask can call taxi, who work in reception say very rude we can’t we dont have taxi number? What ?! You live in Tibilisi and you don’t know taxi number??? Hi was dont happy and this staff i don’t recommend ! You need help , you don’t get

Did not like the stairs without elevator. Breakfast ok, nothing spacial. Difficult parking. Very warm and nicely renovated rooms near downtown

Walking distance to everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Prompt response to queries.
