Mercure Tbilisi Old Town

Excellent location! Everything was around, within a walking distance. I did not have breakfast. It was too expensive. $20. There were a lot of local breakfast restaurants around, maybe 5-10 min walk. For comparison: (The dinner price was about $15-20 with a glass of wine. ) The staff was wonderful. Helped a lot with making the local calls etc.

The hotel rate per night was disproportionate to the local prices in Tbilisi; one night’s stay equaled the average monthly salary of an ordinary resident.

Very pleasant stay near the beautiful old town of Tbilisi

There were a lot of damaged things in my room (kettle, various holders in the toilet), the television is outdated (not a smart TV) and without access to streaming services.

The Mercure hotel was very comfortable. The room was quiet and the bed was excellent, which is very important to me. The design was tasteful, and overall the space felt pleasant. The downstairs restaurant, Asado, was a highlight—we really enjoyed both lunch and dinner there. The staff were also consistently great and welcoming.

The location is a bit far from restaurants and places to go, though not too far—it just requires a bit more travel.

I stayed twice at this hotel. The room was clean and I really liked that it’s close to the center, park and the bus station. Any problem could be solved immediately by calling the receptionist

The location, breakfast and rooms were fantastic. The rooftop bar was beautiful.

The traffic noise and dogs barking could keep you awake. Bring earplugs.

We loved our stay! Best part - Their Staff :)) We had booked a privilege room which was decently spaced, with views overlooking the river. Location of this hotel is perfect, most tourist attractions are at walkable distance. Staff is very friendly and they truly made our stay memorable. Special mention - Ane and Karen from their front desk team, who surprised us on our birthdays with wonderful gestures. Really appreciate ❤️Breakfast was great too. We highly recommend this properly if visiting Tbilisi.

In-room dining options should be increased - menu was very limited.

The location is in a perfect area, the hotel is clean and in a very good condition, the staff are kind and supportive especially Mr. George who helped me in many cases and made my trip unforgettable.

Location at old Tbilisi is very good & Convenient. for Indian, it is very easy to go to Indian Restaurants, it is very near to this hotel

Lack of service in a luxury hotel.

No room service after midnight which is weird for a five star hotel. No minibar. No sparkling water after midnight. Cats on the lower terrace walk on tables and seats. The terrace on the top floor had a different dessert menu and wouldn't ask the hotel restaurant downstairs to bring dessert upstairs, I had to physically go myself and convince the restaurant staff to bring my dessert to the top terrace. Generally the hotel has a YMCA/DIY service level.

Thank you for a perfect vacation!we came to celebrate our anniversary and stayed 4 nights,ordered the privilage room and recieved a very beatiful, clean and compfortable room,with a nice view and very big and convinient bad,the staff was very freindly and helpful,the breakfast was perfect +++ and the location is close to everything you can just wish to visit in the old town of Tbilisi, the travel from the airport to the hotel takes about 20-25 min' topwe would love to come back to this hotel on our next visit to Tbilisiand strongly recommend it for your upcoming travel!

Situated in the heart of the city. The space is tidy and comfy. Also, our room had a pleasant outlook.

I liked the fine dining restaurant and cafe there, rooms are spacious and clean

There is noone to help in luggage or any other service provided when we arrived to the hotel

Excellent location, exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff

No concierge or bell boy service. Had to carry our own suitcases up and down the steps. Housekeeping and restaurant staff very polite but not flexible. Water, toiletries, towels etc. were not replenished / changed in the room unless specifically requested each day.

The location is wonderful. Old town. Rather big rooms. Quite place. The restaurant is good but it is a steak house. No Georgian food.

The cleanliness is poor. I had someone’s hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. No one helped us with luggage.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. Location was excellent, in the old city, close to restaurants and attractions.The staff was mostly helpful .

The noise isolation wasn't good at all - we heard the noise from the street(with closed window), and also every sound from the neighbor's room. One night we were woken up by loud noises from the neighbors - they came back to the room with prostitute... We heard every sound - it was just horrible!The matrass and pillows weren't comfortable .
