Kisi Boutique Hotel

Located in the old town of Tbilisi (Abanotubani) this hotel offers a great location to explore the city by foot. While maintaining the style of the old town from the outside, the inside of the hotel is renovated and modern yet still keeping the architecture and style integrated.

There was nothing really for us not to like. But people need to keep in mind that this is an old building on the hillside. The road leading up to the hotel is a bit steep and inside the hotel there are only stairs taking you to the rooms on the upper floors.

The staff was super accommodating, if you are planning on getting married in Georgia this is definitely a place you should look into. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, lots of sightseeing and good food in the area.

No elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs, this hotel may not be for you.

Service and Support of receptionist Girl Nano(I think) Very cozy and stylish hotel

It’s one of the best hotels i ever stayed at. The location is strategic and the service is exceptional. The breakfast served was so delicious, the calmness of the neighborhood was so calming, the balcony view was nice and met our request. The place is so clean & cozy.

Nice hotel within walking distance to all the things you'd want to do as a tourist. Room was comfortable and had a nice balcony.

Breakfast was just ok- not a ton of options. The hill to the hotel is quite steep and it's on a restricted street so they need to open the gate to let a car through. The gate was broken when we arrived so we had to drag our bags up the super steep hill ?

Location, view , stuff , clean rooms , delicious breakfast, cats . It’s located on the old Tbilisi and comfortable in terms of the reaching to any historical places . Even though it’s on the hill , sport activity by walking up after having delicious Georgian food is a big advantage

There is no lift , as it’s a small building and there is no one to help to bring a luggage upstairs. However, it’s manageable

Extremely nice and helpful staff, very accommodating, helping with every crazy request. Loved the attitude, you really feel welcome here, true Georgian hospitality :) The location and the view are also spectacular, but the people is what truly makes this place exceptional :) Note for the travellers: access is via Botanical street with closed barrier, upon arrival to the barrier you should telephone the property, they will open the barrier (watch for the barrier, otherwise the taxi driver will bring you to the neighboring street and you will have to walk through very steep narrow street and stairs with your luggage)

We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety and fresh options every morning. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed, with easy access to the city’s main attractions.But what made our stay truly special was the incredible kindness and support from the staff. During our trip, we faced an unexpected legal issue, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They assisted with translation, offered guidance, and were always there with a smile and reassuring words. Their help made a huge difference during a stressful time, and we are sincerely grateful.This is not just a great hotel—it’s a place where people genuinely care. We highly recommend it and will never forget the kindness we experienced here.

Lovely hotel in the city centre, 3 minutes away from the baths. Nicely decorated and very clean rooms. High quality toiletries and facilities. Breakfast is nice too with both sweet and savoury options. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Would recommend this place for your stay in Tbilisi as it's within walkable distance to all main attractions(cathedral, old down, dry bridge market etc.)

The hotel has a ok breakfast. The bartender and the cleaning staff are genuinely nice people — without them, staying at this place would have been an absolute nightmare…

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel turned out to be an extremely unpleasant and stressful experience. The room we were given was completely different from what was described — we had booked a Superior room, but in reality, the furniture was old and worn out, one of the beds had no mattress at all, and the other had a double mattress folded in half. The windows were dirty, and there was a thick layer of dust on the headboard.Our requests for help at the reception desk were ignored. There was no promised view from the window or a balcony/terrace. Instead, we were constantly disturbed by loud street noise, which made it difficult to rest. The so-called “terrace” was actually a closed space with high walls, facing a mosque entrance and a busy street. The only view we had from our room was of our neighbors to the right. The photos on the hotel’s booking page are heavily edited and do not reflect the reality at all.Most disturbing was the unacceptable behavior of one of the reception staff. The young man was rude and aggressive — at one point, I genuinely feared he might become physically violent. The manager later told us he would be fined, but I find that hard to believe. The level of service in this place is barely acceptable.One of the most disappointing things was the hotel’s attempt to erase our stay entirely. They reported to Booking.com that we never checked in and refused to confirm our stay, even though we lived there for three nights. Additionally, the name of the payment recipient listed in my bank transaction does not match the name of the hotel, raising serious concerns about the transparency of their financial practices.

Very nice boutique hotel.ESpecially at the lobby i felt like my home.very friendly and very good communication.The last night before we leave there was a symposium of classic music.The owner invited us to join and we listened live music guitar with food and drink.It was all excellent.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. Kisi Hotel is ever so slightly tucked away from the center of bustling Old Town, however we preferred that as it was a bit quieter but still very easily walkable to all areas. We landed in Tbilisi at 5am and were worried we would have to kill time all morning waiting for the room, however after requesting early check-in we were pleasantly surprised (and super grateful) that our room was ready straight away. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with one of the best views of the city. Food at breakfast was delightful and the staff were incredibly lovely. The best part was the two gorgeous cats in reception that made going in and out every day a treat!

The only small con to this accommodation is that it's located on a somewhat steep hill, but we also appreciated getting our steps each day.

No lift, we had to carry our heavy bags to the 2nd floor.

Веautiful , comfortable and relaxing hotel. Friendly, helpful personal and excellent location. Breakfast is my favorite part ). Special thanks to a great cook Tamara. It was very tasty and different every day. Atmosphere in that area is supposed to be relaxing with soft light an music on TV. But it was disturbed by “an elephant in a china shop”. It was the only negative part in this nice place.

Brand new hotel with a modern design in the heart of Old Tbilisi.

The hotel was charming, cozy. Room was nice and clean. Balcony with a good view was nice as well. Breakfast was good. Felt like home away from home. Great staff. Location is perfect. Close to almost everything.

A bit of a hike going up the hotel but that's okay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kisi! The hotel has a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was also fantastic—close to key attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep.Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. Overall, my experience at Hotel Kisi exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!
