Breakfast was bad . Staff didn’t speak English and weren’t helpful . The place wasn’t clean

Very quiet area, not far from the center, 15-20 minutes walk. Clean room, everything you need. What you need for a couple of days! Modest, but quite tasty breakfast, which is very good for this price. Very hospitable and friendly hotel staff! ?

Staff and the breakfast was good enough.

The room was without window and balcony, complete lack of oxygen, I had to get shower with cold water. Furthermore, the bed was wobbly and creaked with every turn.

I didn’t like the breakfast. I didn’t like the room was very small and there is zero view. Also, I didn’t like that every time you need to enter the hotel you have to ring the bill. You don’t have any spare key for the main door.

The staff were very polite and friendly, The room service were good, Wifi was very good. The breakfast was good.

It was very next to a crowded street, next to couple of hospitals, The window view was the crowded street.The Air conditioning was not working, and it was very hot when we stayed, even after multiple complaints, they tried everything to fix it but the air was not blowing at all. No help on the luggage's, you have to carry on your own

Location was good. Opposite to Agro cable car station. Many restaurants available nearby. Room was neat and clean as well. I booked a room with balcony and city view and it was good. The lady I think mother of the hotel owner was very lovely. She was very caring and treating everyone like her own children specially during the breakfast time. Breakfast was good mainly the live omelets were good. Overall fantastic hospitality. They arrange airport pickups as well.

No lift and it is clearly mentioned in the description. I got the room in the 3rd floor. Also never force your customers to rate 10stars in booking.
