The location is excellent.

If you get back late you have to wake up staff so they can let you in.

Everything. Location was excellent, rooms were cozy and well heated and lit, proper cleanliness, the staff was so friendly, breakfast was nice. Such great value for money!

It was a nice room, we were happy. It was convenient for a tour we took meeting at the bicycle. We found a very nice quiet family restaurant near the church under the cable car.

The room stunk of cigarettes, obviously the people before us had been smoking in it despite being a non smoking room. The general location is ok near a metro but the actual street is terrible. Rain pools on the road, no footpath, just a big mess.

Location was not far to Liberty Square.20 min walk or 1 metro station away.Short walk to restaurants, museum, etc.Room was spacious.Bed was comfortable.Good enough if you want to be around the city from morning to night.Just to keep your bags, have a shower and sleep. The staff are very sweet and friendly.

It interior seemed a bit dingy and outdated.The exterior felt like it was a building under renovation.

Good location close to Rustaveli Avenue. Tea/ coffee in room. Very clean. Fridge in our room though not sure if it is provided in every room.

There were issues with electricity until around 11 pm- the front desk staff was not bothered about guest comfort. The owner came in later around 11 pm and is a nice man- he arranged for a candle in the room and apologized. Breakfast was average. The main issue was soundproofing- there is absolutely no sound proofing- we could hear everything clearly even with door and windows closed. There is no lift in the property- so need to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. Rainfall shower did not have enough water output.

The hotel is situated very close to the Rustaveli metro station. All tourist attractions are nearby. Breakfast was good. Not a wide variety of meals were available but they all were well-cooked. Staff was friendly and helped us make a loud family in the next room quiet.

The room looked really cheap and was quite dark (lights were not enough). Not what I expected for the money this place charges.Soundproofing really spoiled our stay. This hotel lacks it COMPLETELY.There were 2 Indian/Pakistani families with children in the neighbouring rooms. And they were noisy even at 02:00 am (even the kids). We could hear every loud conversation they had and every cartoon their kids watched. Using earphones was beneath them apparently.I had to knock on the wall (very hard) multiple times and complain to the hotel staff to make them quiet. It worked afterall.Conclusion: this place charges way too much for the services they provide. I recommend adding another 20-30 bucks and getting a more expensive hotel with good sound proofing.

Excellent location, accessible to old and new Tblisi. Ilo (Reception staff) was extremely helpful, I had an ankle injury and he was very attentive and kind, and helped us so much during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to COVID protocol, breakfast option was limited, but the staff is fast to respond with any requests.
