Sharden Hotel

The location is excellent and very close to most tourist attractions, which I really appreciated.

There were some issues that affected my comfort during the stay. The bathroom was quite small, and there was no bidet/shattaf available. In addition, there was no iron provided in the room, and ironing was not allowed inside the room. I had to go outside to the luggage room in order to iron my clothes, which was inconvenient.The hotel is located opposite a restaurant that plays loud music at night. This was especially disturbing on Saturday night, when there was very loud music and dancing. The noise continued until around 2:00 a.m., making it very difficult to sleep.

This hotel was one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the location in the very heart of the Old Town, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff. Breakfast was abundant and various, every morning you could eat something different. I would like to particularly emphasize the kindness and professionalism of a receptionist Nina who was there to help with any question; she even got me lemons when I was sick. The same applies to the wonderful Ninachka from the kitchen who was bringing me hot milk every single morning and was very kind. Actually, there wasn't a single staff member that wasn't kind, nice and smiling. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Right below our window was a super noisy bar, with awful music and singers and extra loud volume. Made it hard to sleep even with the windows closed.

It’s an old hotel so facilities feel quite run down. Rooms are pretty small. Breakfast was just okay.

I had a great stay at Sharden Hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the food is really good. My room had a beautiful view from the window, which made the stay even better. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Poor maintenance. The light switch over the bed was broken, the maintenance man confirmed it would be fixed on day 2 but it never was. The bathroom sink didn't have a trap in the drain pipe so there was a foul odor where you brushed your teeth. The beds weren't made up for the 2nd day but were done for 3 days after

The location and the view. The room is very spacious..

We had to climb the last 2 floors with our big luggage by foot it was hard. The room is a little bit outdated except for the bathroom which seemed to have been renovated. There is a bad smell in the bathroom. The breakfast is very basic but ok. No coffee machine.

Really excellent location Staff was amazing. The room was clean, neat and functional. As I only stayed one night and booked the last room available (that was a small room). It served my purpose perky. I would recommend booking a bigger room if staying longer. But really a lovely stay
