The breakfast is averageLocation is excellent I requested late check out and night shift staff ILIA responded positively and gave us till 1400 hours. That was a good gesture

Some breakfast staff need to be a little bit friendly

I honestly like the location and the amenities

I didn’t like the stuff they are lack of support and there was a zero Internet connection and they don’t respond to help properly, and the room was extremely cold. There is no heating system.

Location is great close to the heart of the old town and surrounded by many restaurants,Staff are friendly we were helped by Mr. Elia, he was supportive and kind,Bathroom washer ?,Room size is excellent,Room is clean, comfy, has small kitchen including microwave, medium fridge with freezer.

The hotel is nice and its in a really perfect location. There is parking near to the hotel, there is a paid parking and there is free parking just next to the supermarket that at the corner. The reception team is very helpful and nice, they will answer all your questions with a big smile.

No idea if the room have an aircon or not; if it dose then ours was not working, but we did open the window and enjoyed the cold breeze that coming which was for us more rewarding and relaxing.

?The location was excellent — everything we needed was nearby. ?Housekeeping did a great job; the room was clean and smelled wonderful. ??‍?The staff were friendly and well-organized. When I booked, I requested a room with a balcony, and they provided it as asked. ??‍?Room service food was also very delicious.

?Breakfast could be improved — the meals were a bit repetitive. It would be nice to have a wider variety, at least including puff pastry khachapuri for breakfast.

Cleaning ladies! These ladies started to scream in the corridor in the morning, if they needed sth they were just shouting all over the hall, one of them was thinking that she was in Opera as she was singing nonstop in “opera style”, i guess her name was Maka as other lady was calling her in high volume. Then they started to nonstop knocking at my door even though i put a sign to not disturb. it was total disaster, i had late flight and was hoping for some sleep which could not happen.

Keycards were running out every 2 days.Not enough place for storage.Sometimes bad smell from bathroom.If you lay too close to the windows could be cold, especially if it's windy outside. Poor noise isolation, especially in rooms face to the main street.

The Property is located at the most suitable place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lizzie at the Front desk has exceptional customer service skills, pleasant and welcoming approach. She helped us promptly and guided us on going around the city.

Hotel has accepted us more than welcomingly starting from the beginning by upgrading to a connected room (studio apartment was booked initially) till the late checkout without extra fees. The staff was friendly and warm to us, very polite and nice to us and kids. Breakfast was quite enough for our family. Location was quite well as it was near the main central areas and has connections with all the city, as mentioned in the description. Will strongly recommend for visits with families.

The staff was amazing—very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, so I extended my stay for an additional two nights because I enjoyed the hotel so much. The location is excellent, situated on the main street with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the burger was tasty and delicious. Overall, the hotel had a cozy atmosphere.
