Very small room and bathroom. Pathetic breakfast.

The staff at the reception desk helped me a lot. I needed to urgently print many documents and make copies. They printed everything in the middle of the night with no hesitation. Breakfast and the rooms are really good, the view from the breakfast room is the best

The hotel is quiet and receptionist is friendly

There was only one small towel in the bathroom and no amenities, not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. I would give it a maximum of 2.5-3 stars.

Stayed at room 44 on 4th floor. Location is pretty good, very close to Rustaveli street, the Metro, etc. Of course you have to go up the hill for about 10 minutes, but it is not a big deal. Room was large enough. Bed and mattress was good to sleep on. Breakfast spot was perfect with a great view to the city. Pretty good breakfast, great service there. Found a parking spot right in front of the hotel, which was convenient.We found a last day escape deal and it was absolutely worth the money.

Cigarette smell when entering the hotel instead of fresh smell you can feel in other hotels. Bad smell in the room, most apparently from the sewage, and had to open window to somehow get rid of that, but not fully. In the evening when we came back, the lights in the corridor leading to our room were off, we had to turn those on ourselves. I guess they are saving on the electricity that way. There was no toilet paper in the room when we checked in, had to ask from reception. The windows were not sound-proof, so lot of noise from the street. As there was pretty good wind that day, and the room was right under the restaurant, we could hear the noise of the stretchable ceiling.

The breakfast was great and so was the view of the cafeteria. The location of the hotel was great - very close to the city center, yet quiet and peaceful, which allowed for a great night's sleep. Overall, pretty good.

The room was a bit run down, but it was still good value for the price. The conditioner wasn't working as it should, but the hotel staff were able to take care of it even at a late hour.

The staff are so kind and helpful , Location very Central about 5 mins walk to Public Transport. Breakfast was delicious. Room is Clean , Comfortable.

The location while central required a steep uphill walk…it’s not an issue but be prepared for it

Stayed for 2 nights with son. All was very good for its price. Nice clean and tidy place. Distance to center and metro is close.Recommend.

All good. District overall is uphill, but still ok, Tbilisi is not an even city.

Great and calm place, very comfortable room and good service. Near you can find enough good places to eat and walk around. Also there is an elevator to Mtatsminda near. So I had a great experience walking around this place and staying there.

Good room and great view again staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made my stay even better.

Lack of soundproofing between rooms, though you don’t really hear outside noises. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but for this price it’s not a problem.

Location was fine

Absolutely unprofessional staff. They spilled bleach on my jacket and refused to make any compensation. Manager threatened us to not contact Booking support otherwise he will find us.

Great views from the breakfast restaurant! Also I can see the tower at the mountain from my window which was nice. Staff are good, helped me with early check in.

During the winter could be cold at the corner room. A bit far from main road, but there is bus stop near the hotel and you can always get a taxi.
