Great hospitable staff, beautiful garden seating, very nice location.

We stayed here as a family right after landing in Georgia. The room was comfortable, the staff was wonderful, and having parking available was very convenient.

The garden was beautiful and oreally nice to have breakfast there in the morning.

Our first room unfortunately had a leak from the ceiling, so we had to move. The rooms were clean but very small, and my pillow was uncomfortable. Otherwise it was OK. Breakfast was also OK. But the guy who was making coffee was alone that morning so he couldn’t quite manage- was a little overwhelmed, I think. We first got told “no cant do any coffee” but later on, once the crowd subsided, he was happy to make us some cappuccinos. We had to pay extra for a machine coffee though, only instant one was included in the breakfast.

The hotel provides a pleasant stay with clean rooms, helpful staff, and a convenient location. Basic amenities meet expectations, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable. Suitable for short stays or business trips.

Its more than a century old building, that feeling was nice to live with. My wife and kids enjoyed the property.

Its very hard to locate, and I might have asked way to this property atleast to 10 people on street and that too very close from hotel, nobody knows this place and the shared location is ending right next to hotel on the main street, from where the hotel isn’t visible

CENTRE OF THE CITY LOCATION. JUST BESIDE THE MARJANISHVILI STREET, ROYAL BREAKFAST, ENOUGH SPACIOUS ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE TO STAY. SOFT AND GENTLE APPROACH OF STAFF.

ROOM HEATER WAS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR US (INDIANS). POWER PLUGS 3 PIN SOCKETS ARE MUST TO MANAGE GADGETS CHARGING. LIFT WAS UNAVAILABLE, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD 5 TROLLY BAGS.

The hotel is super clean with great location. Staff are very helpful and supportive. Breakfast is fine.

No bidet shower next to commode. Will be helpful if they can fix it. Breakfast was good but can be better.

Tiflis Hotel is situated in the center of Marjanishvili, close to the metro and nearby good restaurants. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable rooms, and the staff and their manager are wonderful people. Finally, breakfast is quite good too.

Good hotel for their value. Staff was very accommodating when I needed to check in earlier Young guy on the reception went above and beyond when I needed to change the roomDue to noise from outside of hotel - I truly appreciate it! Breakfast was standard but good.

Just got unlucky with some loud people outside of the property at night - not a hotel’s fault

The staff was accommodating. Soft bed. Close to Marjanishvili metro station and bus stops. Quiet neighborhood and feels safe even after midnight. 24-hour shops and bakery nearby.

Comfortable bed, location near metro station, everything you need is nearby - shops, pharmacies, etc. Nice little courtyard.

Unpleasant smell in the toilet, and o my god I saw a cockroach (twice).

Hotel facilities need a renovation

Staff was very friendly. Location was very good. Room was quiet

Cleanliness (fresh sheets). Bed is very comfortable and give you a deep sleep. Breakfast is wonderful and the staffs are very hospitable

The only thingy is the location, taxis are having hard time to get to the exact place.

Good location

The room we stayed in was not ventilated, water was entering from the bathroom. it was very terrible. The breakfast was tasteless and of poor quality.

The hotel is situated in a highly recommendable neighbourhood- still retaining the local vibe, but just next to a metro line taking you in no time to the old part of the city. The hotel is spotless clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and hospitable.

The cleanliness, quiet place, centrally located and proximity to metro station as well the staff was courteous

Breakfast could have been better

Location of the hotel is great. Rooms clean and spacious.

On first day we had lack of vegetarian option for breakfast. I think that's common in this part as everyone eat some meat or egg in every meal without exception. Second day onwards they made efforts to provide something suitable for vegetarians.
