Breakfast was good, staff cooperative

Location was surrounding with government buildings the street was closed most time, the AC was off all the time and it very hot inside the room we couldn’t sleep hole night.

Didn't try the breakfast buffet but it looked good. Loved the ladies at the reception, very friendly and supportive.Room with great view over the city, quiet ad spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows - basically all you need.

Elevator kind of slow and during ,rush hours' you may have to wait for a quite a long time.

We enjoyed our stay in Citrus hotel. Staff were friendly, room was clean. Located in 2 minutes from Rustaveli street.

Location is great, there was place for parking that is great opportunity if you travel by car. Breakfast was good, staff was professional, last time booking has upgraded the room that was very comfortable. This time I booked double room, in the booking photos there was small balcony in the standard room, but unfortunately in the room that we have stayed there was no balcony.

I really enjoyed my stay at Citrus Hotel Tbilisi! The hotel was very clean and in a perfect central location — just between Liberty Square and Rustaveli. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Location Clean

No tissue box, not the best customer service

Clean, well-equipped, unfussy, tastefully designed, and comfortably located. Besides, I always appreciate hotels that provide slippers and replace bottled water daily ☺️ (surprisingly, not all expensive ones do!). The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. The room attendants were super careful and did a great job. Great value for money.

Something definitely needs to be done with the wifi quality, but it’s a minor concern.

We loved the location. And the fact that there were supermarkets just around the corner. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They very kindly heated up a bottle of milk for my daughter.

Location is very good, breakfast was good. Staf is receptive.

The rooms are surprisingly large and luxurious.The food is delicious. Although it gets repetitive after two days, it is definitely satisfying.The free filter coffee in the morning saved me more than once and the kids enjoyed the breakfast too. Later in the day, we often used the hotel restaurant with very tasty khachapuri at a very reasonable price.

The variety at breakfast is repetitive. If I'm not into certain foods (if I avoid pastries and sweets for example), I'll find myself eating the same thing over and over again.

The balconies of the junior suites offer fantastic views of the city, but each or our rooms had lovely, big windows! Everything is very clean, the staff is helpful and the restaurant provides a good breakfast and some very good dishes (we had fish)! The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the national museum and 15 minute walk from old town and the dry bridge market.

The underground parking garage was not as well organized as the spaces above, but provided safe parking for us.

Neat and Clean Property, Centrally Located but 100 meters away from road and noise. Neat and Clean, everything was new and fresh.

Bed mattress is too soft. if you are not used to spring mattress (the very soft ones) it will be difficult to sleep

The Citrus Hotel is in a superb location and very convenient to the major tourist attractions in Tbilisi. The staff are also extremely friendly, very service oriented and helpful. I encourage you to stay there.

Bathroom was smallish No coffee in room but they gave me free coffee in the bar to make up for it:)

Nice room ( junior suite) with large terace and wonderful view. Equipped room with everything.

Location on hill then you have to climb everytime you going out. To get a smile from the staff it's a mittion, allmost imposible . Bad smell from the room carpet.
