Lowell Hotel

The staff is outstanding. The breakfast was amazing. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We loved our stay.

Fantastic location and staff. Also a very delicious brekafast! I would recommended this to anyone looking to stay in tbilisi!

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. You feel at home the moment you enter. Ecpecially the beeakfast was perfect. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Extremely welcoming stuff and family friendly enviroment provided. Rooms are small and practical and warm enough. Breakfasts were each day sth different from one another and quite enjoyed it.

Its a bit up hill so after a long day or 2 it becames a bit annoying overall close the metro station and rustaveli and everything.

Nice and comfortable family run bed and breakfast. Very nice, helpful and warm crew. Comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast is a feast. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend, good price / quality ratio.

Entry is a bit shabby yet, it is a part of Georgia experience, once at the main floor, you are in bright and homey surrounding.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is also located near all amenities and close to attractions. The breakfast was great.

Interiors, courteous helpful staff, especially the guy at the reception. This place is perfect for a solo traveler or people who will spend least amount of time in the too, but definitely not for families.

I came with my kids and checked out just as soon as I checked in. For me, the Location is quite weird, it’s on a hill slope, please be mindful especially if you have heavy luggage. They also have no lift, just lots of steps. Rooms are quite tiny but it’s a 3 star family run place so understandable. The incredible man at the reception did the heavy lifting however it’s a problem for those who are not completely mobile.This place is not for families, it’s more suitable for solo traveller or people who will spend least amount of time in the room.

Tasty and very big breakfast and very friendly staff! AC in the room and a quiet neigbourhood outside with everything close by. If you go to the city be ready for an uphill walk back to the Hotel!

Pet friendly hotel. They were nice and smiling and helping from the very beginning. The rooms are big and cosy, and the view is lovely. The beds and linens were the most comfortable I had in a long time . Hotel Decoration is beautiful and the lovely ladies that always smiled and were cheerful. Gela and Luka helped me with every question I had.Value for money 10/10Location- in a nice very quiet street, 5 minutes walking from downton. And all the tourist places.It was great walking my dog there.Also. It worth to get up early only for the breakfast. They prepare different food every day and they serve you personally to your table. The food is just amazing.I felt like a guest at a family gathering.If I will come back I will definitely book it again.P.s: Luka you were right and the khinkali was out of this world. :)

The towels can be renewed , bathroom was a little small for me. But for a short stay it’s fine.there was a little problem in the bathroom that the water leaks but they immediately were ready to solve it .

I felt at home the entire stay. The breakfast is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The room is spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, and the view of the city from the window is amazing. Everyone working in the hotel is friendly and will do everything in their power to assist you with any special requests that you have. Location is very convenient as it is close to the city center but away from the crowds. I highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Tbilisi! :)

The towels are too tough to the skin

Great small hotel in Old Tbilisi within walking distance to everything. It’s exceptionally clean and tidy, quiet at night. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were better than in most 5* hotels :) Home-cooked, extremely delicious and fulfilling! We enjoyed our stay in Lowell a lot!

the breakfast is the best we have had in georgia with freshly cooked mushrooms / chicken and pancakes for the kid ! One morning we had apple strudels and the other morning we had choux! The staff Gela and Luca are so helpful and truly friendly .

There is no curtain in the sofa bed room inside the family room and it’s bright at 7am. The curtain is not very helpful in the main room - but luckily we had eye masks . This is not a big deal but sth they could improve

Breakfast wasn’t great, exhausting stairs if your with luggage.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Room was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was exceptionally good with lot of options. 24 hrs complimentary coffee was also available in dining hall. Kettle was provided on request. Located in the main spot near to Rustaville metro station.

Hotel was located on the uphill which made it challenging to reach along with luggage.No lunch and dinner services were available at hotel however receptionist was ready to make arrangements from outside.

For starters, this place is for budget travelers. So don't expect the Ritz. However, the rooms were clean, the mattresses very good, and the breakfast...THE BREAKFAST! Homemade by the family that owns the place. It was an 8 or 9-course meal. Amazing! If you can deal with hiking up a lot of stairs and are fine with nothing swish in your room, this is an OUTSTANDING value option in the very heart of Vera, which is the funkiest boutique-y part of the city.

The stairs up to the hotel were steep and the rooms were quite plain, but what can you expect for such great value in the center of Tbilisi?! First world problems, to be sure.
