Great service Staff friendly Location is the best ever

Breakfast variety is not as expected , only few options

How comfortable the bed was and the water pressure was amazing

The room was HOT and the AC was only hot and there was no cold ac and if i opened the window the smell of cooking and onions will be in the room and yes i did change the room and the ac still was hot and had to open the window and hear the dogs the the smell of smoking ? wasn’t a pleasant thing.Yes i know its cold outside but i need the room to be cold when i sleep without opening the window.

Good location and clean rooms

Just small things. We checked in around 6pm and no one assisted us with our stuffs. There was no tissue in the room. Very few channels on the TV. No high chair in the restaurant.

Location is Ok since it is considered one of the popular tourist area in Tbilisi and street has shopping & restaurant attraction

my check in process took time since I arrived late night and the property looked almost shutdown with most of the lights were switched off, the reception area was dark

I liked everything, especially the treatment of the staff at the reception, especially Sister Mary, who was wonderful in dealing and respect and works with high professionalism

its location os in the middle of steer full of live , the staff were so helpful and kind

The view from hotel rooms faces a back alley which is disappointing.Water and amenities needed reminders to be kept in room even though they were part of package.The staff wasn’t always very welcoming but that could just be cultural barrier ?

I recently stayed at the City Avenue Hotel in Tbilisi for five days, and my experience was truly wonderful.**Hotel Maintenance and Cleanliness:** This hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. All the facilities are modern and in excellent condition. The rooms are immaculately clean, and everything is neat and tidy.**Staff:** The hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Everyone welcomed us warmly and promptly addressed all our questions and needs.**Location:** The hotel's location is excellent. Being close to the city's main attractions made it very convenient for us to get around.**Services:** The hotel services were also top-notch. Room service, laundry, and other amenities were provided promptly and efficiently.Overall, my stay at the City Avenue Hotel was very pleasant, and I highly recommend it. If you are visiting Tbilisi, this hotel is an excellent choice for your stay.

Location is perfect.Had a good view of Mtatsminda mountain in the distance.Breakfast is good.Old but clean.Central heating with a fan and not radiator heating, works fine.Room size is good.Bidet available for toilet paper free cleanup, kudos for adding that.

Room lighting is very bad. At night while you have all the lights on, it's still very dim. Need to add more lights in the ceiling.Carpeted floor. It should be a solid floor with easy to clean/sanitize material, not a porous material that's hard to clean like carpet.Hot water takes some time to come but it works fine after a while.Blanket needs to be mended, this should be checked and taken care of while prepping the room for checkin.

The thing I don't like is not providing a suitable room. I have been a customer of the hotel for three years, and this is the fourth year I have lived in the hotel. Unfortunately, this year was not good in terms of room rates. For a week, the room was changed three times.

I like the location of this hotel

It is not as clean as it supposed to be. We found stuff in the room related to other people who were in the room before us. The corners have old spider webs which were not cleaned. Lastly, the breakfast was the same every day with limited options.

Very good. Friendly Staffs need to Supply water drink bottles at least 3 bottles to be enough for one person gor drinks. Coffee and Tea inaddtion to tea and coffee. One not enough bag and coffee for one pesons . Bad Supply in providing water drink bottles and tea/ coffee for one night. Need to improve in the supply

- Restaurant of the hotel not open for lunch and dinner so we can bay food.- Wi-Fi speed and signal in the rooms is very slow and weak- Ironing facilities was not available in the room and the boards I got it was broken , we called several times to get it.- The first room I booked was very small and AC was hot , bathroom door not opening easily.- AC very hot in the hotel.- No food in the fridge - Light not good
