I enjoyed my stay, a very cozy hotel and unique, the staff were very caring and treated us as a family, the location was good and walkable to the main attractions I really loved the staff and missing them already ❤️The room space is very big and the terrace was amazing The breakfast was very good, the breakfast time is at 9 am but they made us lunch box at 8 amThere is no elevator because it’s old building, for me wasn’t a problemSince it’s in the old city, all hotels there have the same problem which is the music noise in front the night

It is very near the famous bridge of peace.It is visible from one room that has balcony.Stay was comfortable and host was kind and supportive.

Parking is an issue that area. If you have car and want to park, may be it will be difficult to find at low cost. One paid area is near by which charge you 50 GEL for one night. I got some 100 mtr away for 20GEL

Great location close to Old town. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. If you only care care about location and cheap, this is for you.

We came here because of the good rating. Big mistake.If you are looking for a quiet hotel than this is not for you. The hotel is in the very center and side by side with a traffic artery and the cars are going nonstop, 24/7. Also you are close to a Casino so between music, neighbours/people screaming and traffic your sleep will be affected unless you are deaf. The wifi is in the reception and the signal is very very very weak on the top. So very often will be interrupted. I dont understand why the hotel don't buy a wifi repeater of 5$ to solve it and avoid guest complaints.The hotel has 3 floors with stairs so in case you have heavy luggage enjoy the climb. The staff is very friendly but neutral. We asked for a recommendation for a sim card shop and one person promised to tell us the next morning cause it was a bit complicated. In the morning that person was not there and his colleague said literally "just look around". No map, no direction. Basically he didn't care. All with a smile. We spent here 3 nights. And based on the evening lights the hotel was not full at all, we dont understand why we got the worst room on the top. A lot of space but with one of the worst views you can imagine (attached). The roof must had have holes, as we could hear all that was going on outside. There was also strong airflow and we were cold in the night. The shower had small water pressure and bathroom was smelly. Overall we felt like 2nd class guests prioritizing locals/russians over us.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 1-minute walk from the Bridge of Peace. The staff were extremely helpful, and the room was clean. The view from the hotel was absolutely perfect. While we noticed many positive reviews about the breakfast, we couldn’t try it as we had early day tours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this place.

USA??Traveler! I loved this little Hotel! I loved everything about it! The breakfast was good, my room was super clean, super modern & staff was fantastic! The bed was so comfortable & the Riverview was awesome! I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Tbilisi 100%!

The hotel was very cozy. The room equipment wasn't new, but it was clean and we missed nothing. We had bad luck with the weather, it was windy and cold, but the room had heating and sometimes we used a/c in the heating mode, so the room was always warm. The breakfast was very nice too. The personnel was friendly and helpful. And the location is amazing, the whole city center is accessible by walk.

Wi-Fi was weak, in the evenings it didn't work at all, and we had to use mobile data.

Very bad veiw and staff first day was unhelpful but seconde day and after become better not advise to family

One word, 'perfect'! Such a cosy, clean and homely place to stay. Amazing owner and staff who are all super friendly and kind. Great breakfast every morning and the best location - close to the Peace Bridge, restaurants, Old Tbilisi and Liberty Square. We stayed 8 nights and would definitely return. Thank you to everyone for a warm and friendly stay.

The location is decent and possibly the only good thing about our stay

The staff were rude and the room had issues. After the first encounter with the staff, I thought maybe they were just having a bad day but every encounter after was scary and so rude. I’ve never had this type of experience at a hotel before. It was bizarre

This hotel is wonderful in all the possible aspects. Yes, it is not a luxurious hotel or something fancy, but it is very lovely. The room had everything we needed, a comfy bed, a good Tv, a good washroom, slippers, comfy pillows. We stayed during the new year and of course the fireworks were loud, but hey, it is the new year, the other nights were perfect. The best thing about the hotel is the staff and the location. They were so attentive to all what we needed, provided us some insights, took care of all what we needed and even left us some sweets for our daily excursions and on New Year's eve. I was feeling like staying at granny's, you really can feel the love they put in all what they do, including the breakfast, very delicious. Finally, it is very well located, in just the heart of the old Tblisi, everything was close and walkable from there, also the views from our room of the peace bridge were amazing.Totally recommend Frida hotel and am looking to return over the summer. Thank you so much!!

Nothing, all was perfect.

Its clean.

Everything was perfect, except there was no Netflix, so we couldn’t watch anything. Lastly, the bed was made by pushing two single beds together, which left an empty space in between, making it hard for us to sleep comfortably.

Firstly location was perfect, so close to everywhere in centre. Staff of hotel were friendly, helped us to find some places.. what else you need??
