Tbilisi Marriott Hotel

Location in very good area and everything near by.

room services very bad , I didn't espect this kind of from Marriott tiblisi.

Historic building. Spacious room. No external noises.

Terrible service. Lazy staff. If you find them. They don’t bother explain or show you anything. Spa is not a spa. No sign to find the sauna. It is actually hidden inside the men’s toilets. Asked three tines where it was and no one bothered to show me. Massage is unavailable if not booked days in advance. One room only. LooksLike a shelter more than a massage room. Access to hotel parking is via service area through all sorts of underground servicing facilities. Chef at breakfast had no hat and anbig beard. All not covered. Phone in the room was unplugged from wall. Sugar with coffee tray was already opened. First night it was impossible to connect to the internet. Never seen such a disastrous Marriott. Oh and when you book with Bookings, not allowed to add Bonvoy points. Because they want to drag customers to the Marriott website. SamePrice. Higher margins for Marriott. Had I known, i would have not booked a Bonvoy hotel.

The most horrible experience in my entire life.

Don’t go there if you are planing a wedding photoshoot. 3 months ago me and my fiancé came to Marriott hotel to choose the category of our first night hotel room and also to use it for photoshoot. They showed us junior sweet on 4th floor and we were told, that all the junior sweets are located on 4th floor and with a good view. we liked the room and booked it. On my check-in date they gave me a room on 2nd floor which was not even a Junior sweet as it has not a sofa bed (they brought the one and it was dirty so I sent it back). The room was dark and definitely not with a good view because I had a view of another part of the hotel filled with guests. Next day I was told by my Georgian friends, that it was a wedding of a son of very wealthy and influential person and all the good rooms were occupied by their guests. I will never forget how this hotel treated me and write a review on every social platform.

Classic 5 star hotel, good location, clean rooms and good breakfast. Rooms are big compared to to other hotels in neighborhoods where rooms are very tiny!

The location is good, reception staff was friendly, nearby good area and street view was nice.the hotel room size was good. and free parking was available.

the hotel is very old, doors lock broken, bathroom door not closing properly the room was not clean, when the cleaner came, she was upset.

The hotel is very comfortable because it is very clean, well-maintained, and close to downtown. Staff in the reception and room service are very friendly. The check-in and check out process was smooth and quick.

The staff in the restaurant require proper training to meet Marriott standards (except for the omelette makers, who were very professional). The dishes were wet, waiting for empty plates and spoons. Also, the staff needs to be more friendly and at least smile to the guests.

Location was great

No pool , just one restaurant in the hotel, there was no much options .! Rest everything was good , staff were very professional and knowledgeable.! Overall the stay was good.!

Maintenance service was below standard.I called them 3x because the A/C wasn’t working well. It’s set to 16 C, and yet the room temp was hardly 24. His response was to lower the setting to 12 C, and put the fan at max, which dropped the room temp further to 22. The A/C needed maintenance, not changing temp setting.I also called 3x about a leak in the bathroom from the toilet seat, I’m guessing from flushing tank (hopefully not from the drain pipe!!), and his response was to put a towel behind the toilet seat!!

The room is big and very good for a family stay.Located at the most happening place of Tbilisi.

Location was perfect. Staff was extremely helpful.

Dental kits and shaving kits should be provided. Also we had to keep requesting for stocking of creamer/ tea bags/ coffee sachets despite using only 2 per day - we needed to keep calling post housekeeping next day as it was not refilled.

The breakfast selection and quality were good and the breakfast timings was convenient, the best part of the hotel was the location.

The fitness center was very mediocre and the executive lounge could have been better and the bathrooms could really benefit from having bidets installed.

Outstanding service and exceptional food! We were truly touched by the thoughtful gift waiting for us in our room upon returning from our wedding—what a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Nika for always making our breakfasts feel extra special with her attentive care. And hats off to the entire reception team—your patience, professionalism, and kindness did not go unnoticed. Truly a fantastic team all around!

Excellent location. Many good reataurants nearby. most important is only 5 mins to Opera and Ballet Theater Tbilisi that is meeting points of many day tours to outside Tbilisi - Trinity Monastery, and Uplistsikhe cave & Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.The staff service is very helpful - I want to run in the morning in the next four days that Ana provides some good suggestions of running routes during checkin. I feel very warm and happyThe room is very clean and comfortable - perfect. The cleaning lady is very nice and sweet. She asked how was my stay and let her know if need anything. Feel very considerated In the breakfast, i like the Walnuts jam - whole walnuts soak in sugarrrr jam - its my favorite and retreat after morning run each days Georgian Walnuts is really gooooood qualityz Unfortuntely, i cannot find walnut jam in local supermark Overall, its a very good experience. I will definitely return to this hotel next time.

My room is facing allies and park - silent. i heard some noise (~30mins) in one of the midnight - guess its protests. its because the hotel is close to Parliment.

Very clean and nice property located in a great location.The staff was highly attentive and friendly and managed to fulfil any request we had. The breakfast very nice too.

No complaints.

The room was quite small and did not have enough space for storage and relaxing. The front desk's explanation was that this is a heritage hotel and rooms date back from a hundred years. Still, rooms need to be more airy, more lit, have more appropriate furniture.

Near old town but there is bell boy v. Poor service staff is not friendly

The hotel missed my son’s anniversary we came to celebrate for. Junior staff (mostly waiters) must be more trained before contacting guest.
