Courtyard by Marriott Tbilisi

One of the best hotels that am staying in Tbilisi, the facilities were great nice restaurant, my only doubt was regarding the gym that lack few devices but overall its manageable. As for my stay the room is very clean and the hotel gives positive vibes, the receptionists were very welcoming and friendly and shoutout to Mariam and Ana for the amazing hospitality. I visited the hotel few times and the rooms get upgraded, my sincere gratitude for the management and the staff

Unfortunately, the team members I interacted with were rude and unhelpful, and there was a clear lack of professionalism and willingness to assist.

the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very hard and the pillows were also hard and provided no comfort at all

The room was spacious and bed very comfortable . The dining staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests.

Breakfast needs more variety, especially did not change in our 5 nights stay there

Location, location, location!!! In addition, the hotel was absolutely first class serviced by an equally first class staff.

Wonderful breakfast buffet and set-up. However, more times than not, the food was only luke warm. The same was true with food and coffee ordered from the table servers. A simple fix, in my opinion.

Fantastic room with incredible view of the square! Location could not be better and you can go out anytime of day or night and always feel safe. Great facilities including sauna and swimming pool plus gym.

1.Uncomfortable and very used bed ,(mattress ,pillows , covers) 2.Bad room service ,asked for water they told us to reach the reception and buy.no one will help. 3.Dinning hall full of noise and uncontrolled by staff

Not much to do at the Hotel for a day in like we planned!The TV is tuned to Marriot programs only. They have disabled screen mirroring, and they also don't allow any OTTs like Netflix, Prime, Hotstar etc. Only Youtube and Georgina language channels available. Practically nothing for foreign guests. We wasted 2 hours trying all methods to open our netflix account on their TV, staff were not the least helpful in this regard. Also, The Pool is terribly small, only one or at the most two small families can be in at the same time. So we decided to spend the day outside rather than stay in like we planned.

The hotel is very central, in the liberty square. There are dunkin donuts and supermarkets close to the hotel. The excellent breakfast was varied : fruits, vegetables, and Belgian waffles. There is a good restaurant at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable,, towels changed every day,

Excellent location, at walkable distance to many attractions. Supermarkets, currency exchanges and shopping options nearby. There is a mall, literally 150m away.Service was exceptional. Loved the breakfast buffet,The hotel staff were kind, the reception was friendly, also very helpful. They help in booking cab to airport or any other places you wish to go.
