Everything was beyond expectations

We stayed at this hotel from January 12 to January 18, 2026, and our experience was very positive.The location is excellent — everything is close by: cozy restaurants, cafés, and the main attractions of the Old City. Despite being so central, the area around the hotel is quiet, beautiful, and comfortable for rest.The hotel is exceptionally clean, which is very important to me. I am quite demanding when it comes to cleanliness, and this was honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping was done almost every day, and the rooms were always fresh and well cared for. Toiletries were regularly renewed, and even slippers were replaced, which was a pleasant surprise.The hotel has a warm and pleasant design, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. I truly felt relaxed there, almost as if I were at home.This was my second visit to Sakartvelo, and I am very glad that I chose this hotel. Comfort and cleanliness strongly affect my travel experience, and this hotel provided exactly what I needed. Thank you for making my stay in Tbilisi comfortable and enjoyable.

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I really loved my two night stay amazing, cozy atmosphere very clean and beautifully designed interiors. The staff were exceptionally warm professional and helpful, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I’ll definitely come back soon to enjoy it even more.

This hotel offers a truly exceptional stay. The property is gorgeous, with beautifully decorated rooms. The location is superb, situated on a quiet street and conveniently close to the spa area. Breakfast includes a great selection of options. Our very nice room provided a view of the Mother of Georgia. Furthermore, the staff are commendable; the cleaning team demonstrated outstanding honesty and service by locating and returning a cable we had accidentally left behind before our departure.

The hotel boasts a very nice aesthetic. However, the lobby is underutilized, and the basement restaurant seems unavailable. While the breakfast has a good selection, there are too many choices offered simultaneously. We recommend streamlining the options and implementing a rotational menu to prevent overwhelming guests and reduce excess.

The food offered could be improved (especially the breakfast).

Excellent location right between freedom square and Jan Shardeni Street (which has great night clubs, resto bars etc). Its a real quaint boutique hotel with excellent staff and a special call out to Salome for accommodating my request for late check out till 2 pm. I suggest staying room 17 if you are a couple travelling. Its a great room.

I stayed here recently and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent, right in the center — super convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The only downside was the noise from the street during the weekend. It wasn’t from traffic but rather people outside being loud after a night out. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be something to keep in mind. Especially considering the hotel has only 3 floors. However, that’s more about the area than the hotel itself, so I wouldn’t hold it against them.

Very high level elegant hotel. Very comfortable bed. Location could not have been better at old Tbilisi, everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was superb. Staff very friendly and caring.

Beautiful hotel in a nice location. I had a very stylish, comfortable room. I appreciate that their reception desk was open late nights and early mornings (I don’t remember if it was 24 hours, but they were open every time I was leaving or coming back to the hotel), which is not only convenient for check in and check out, but also made the hotel feel very safe. I would definitely come back here if I have the chance to return to Tbilisi again.

Location was excellent, especially as it was a relatively quiet spot but near to Old Town attractions. We enjoyed our balcony and room. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was tasty but of course took a while as meals were made to order.

Great location and beautiful property. Staff was quick to help with a room change (from room 8 to 12) after a problem with the water from the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor. I appreciated the fast response. Breakfast was also great. View of Motherland Statue from room 12. True 24/7 front desk.

Amazing a la carte breakfast, comfortable beds, super polite and helpful staff and great facilities at the most central location. Great value for money and very highly recommended.

Nice and stylish hotel, location in the center, tasty breakfast! Good for 1-2 days to see the old city in Tbilisi. Room is cosy with comfortable bed and good shower!

A bit hard to get there on your own car, very narrow streets.

A small and beautiful boutique hotel, in an charming neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk from every attraction in town, the room was gorgeus! Super well designed, very big and confortable.

Every team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome — even with kids in tow, not once did we feel like we were a burden or inconvenience.Housekeeping deserves a special mention for both their kindness and integrity. We accidentally left behind a small bag containing money, and to our surprise, the housekeeper personally brought it to us at reception during checkout — not a single thing was touched.Check-in was impressively fast, despite us being a big group. They honored every request we made, including providing an extra crib and bed — both at no additional cost AND giving us a special discount on room service and breakfast.

The only downside was some street noise at night — likely from nearby nightlife — but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.
