Since we stayed only one night, we lived the location, the breakfest, the room was beautifull, the hotel is beautifull as well

The only thing we didnt like was that the carpets was a bit dirty

1- The kind welcoming approach of the front desk staff Ms. Tamo. and flexibility to checking me in before the standard hotel cheek in time.2- The centric location of the hotel within the old town of Tbilisi where most of the city’s attraction places , restaurants and cafes are at easy reach.

the water pressure keeps jumping, so when you shower - you move from strong pressure to close to nothing, then back again. Also - the temperature of the water was OK, but not really what you want and need after coming in from the cold. This was the same case for friends who were in a completely different part of the hotel, and didn't improve for our entire 6 night stay. To make it worse - our multiple complaints were simply ignored. Another thing to note - don't take the rooms facing inwards (towards the internal patio), as this gives you zero privacy and forces you to keep your curtains shut at all times.

I booked this hotel because it was advertised as a 5-star property, but honestly, I did not find it worthy of that rating. It feels more like a fun, stylish hotel—similar in concept to Ibis—rather than a luxurious 5-star experience. The hotel is colorful and bright, but it lacks the sense of luxury you would normally expect.That said, the rooms are good and not small, which is a positive point. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it has reliable hot water. The bidet was actually good and had water inside it, similar to a shatafa, which I appreciated. However, it seemed a bit disconnected or unstable. I could see broken tiles behind it, which made me feel that it could break at any time, similar to what is shown in the pictures I’m posting.I also didn’t like that there was no liquid hand soap provided. Free drinking water bottles were offered, which was nice, but only in small bottles, so we had to order several bottles every night.Another issue was the carpet. The carpet is very light in color, and while I know hotel carpets are never perfectly clean, every small stain is very visible. This gives an impression that the room is not clean, even if it actually is.On the positive side, the room amenities were good. There was a kettle, slippers, and robes, and we could fully control the AC temperature, which was very convenient. My booking did not include breakfast, so I cannot comment on the breakfast experience.The location is excellent—very central and walkable, with many bus stops, attractions, and restaurants nearby. I also didn’t feel that the hotel was noisy. My room was facing inside and had a nicer internal view with greenery and trees, and not many people were passing by.However, there is a privacy issue. When opening the curtains, people outside can see directly into the room. From my room, I could also clearly see inside other rooms around the hotel. Because of this, we kept the curtains closed all the time.

Close to the city center

It doesn't have a large reception area and the rooms are very small.

The stuff were nice, the hotel was clean, the food was amazing!!The location waa also perfect.

The hotel had issues with the water preasure.They dont have any special facilities, like gym, sauna etc

Stylish hotel with nice furniture, the room was great but it seems that the carpet at toom 208 needs to be changed :)

The breakfast was amazing, seriously good breakfast buffet, staff is well trained and they are attentive and very polite.

The location, the price and the staff were amazing

1. The type of materials used in renovation. For instance, the carpet in the room was unsuccessfully chosen. It was the type where stains remain and you have an impression that it is not clean 2. The small patio at the ground floor used to lure some late comer guests, especially those who had a pleasant evening with alcohol. Those type of people used to come to the patio before going to bed. They laughed talked loudly. We were located at the ground floor and it was like they are talking in our room. Unfortunately, nobody warned them.

We asked a double bed but no availability which is normal. However twin bed is able to be attached as double bed but no one thought to say this to us. I learned this during check out

Location is great, right at the heart of the old town. Staff were friendly and we even got a nice cake as we came before our wedding.

Cleanliness. The carpets were stained, and more importantly the shower itself was not clean. There were stains that even after we asked to clean did not go away, and we showered with slippers.

For us the absolute best location. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Carpets are so dirty, the hotel is not safe at all People were fighting by hands and hitting each other inside the restaurant in the hotel and the security did nothing he just watched , anything we order we do not receive it until 1 to 2 hours after ordering it Staff are so rude all the time they are not helping either anything They do not clean the rooms even if we asked for We arrived at the hotel 2 pm they did not give us the rooms till 5 pm The pictures in the website is not the same AT ALL
