Bad

There was no water in shower and toilet in the hotel the whole first day and I had to move to another hotel. Payment for accommodation was not refunded.

Panorama view was great.

The rooms were freezingly cold! There was no heating, only conditioneer with 30C setup, but it was not enough. The floor was cold as ice. Also there was no both cold and hot water in the bathroom.

Checkin was available during the night, rooms were clean

There was very cold in the rooms, only available source of heat was air conditioner which hardly could keep up. Also there was no water at all on night we checked in as well as following morning. Not recommend.

There was a room terrace which had a fabulous view, I had my laundry washed clean, staff was very nice and very helping on every re (Thanks Nino).

There might be more light out at the terrace.

The view from room 11 is unbelievably good

The minute after we paid in full, the receptionist informed us that she "just" turned on the heating in room 11 which was suspicious. Spent the night there and it was the coldest night ever and woke up with soar throat and informed them that this very small AC will never heat up this HUGE room. And from this point everything went sideways - I asked for another room and they said they are fully booked - I asked to cancel the reservation, they said it's non-refundable - I asked to at least cancel the badly heated room and just keep the other, they also refused - the receptionist told me it's not her fault I come from a warm country and can't handle a some cold weather (I actually come from Germany) - I even clearly told her, I will write a bad a review, she nicely told me "have fun with that"I left and booked my entire stay at the Marriott and came there to enjoy the Terrace and the view (since I paid for it)If not for this rude staff member, we could have reached any compromise but this mentality of a quick cash grab is just unacceptable Another not so great point, is that there is no blackouts, a room with two side all glass and it lights up like a Christmas tree in the morning

Location is great, even though the hotel was a little tricky to find, the view is amazing but is hidden behind the curtains which are hard to move :) also the balcony is big.

The toilet flush did not work, and the shower temperature was either extremely hot or cold, nearly impossible to set up a warm temperature.Even though there is an elevator to the 15th floor, there are steps - to get to the entrance of the building, to get from the elevator to the hotel floor, and 1 floor up from the reception. Totally fine if you are luggage free, but we had quite heavy bags (bought wines and other presents) and there was no one to help carrying those.

They locked me in because I didn’t have local currency to pay them and they let me go to exchange when I gave them my passport and my luggage, staff and management was very rude and aggressive

Loud! Loud! Some one had a party in hall after 11 pm till 2am! It was very loud!!! I have called to reception but no answer, and after 2-3 times someone answered but don’t speak English or rus. May be there is no receptionis, very strange, The doors! The middle part of external room door has a glass, black but glass, no any soundproof!!! I can hear every step or ring on reception , really(((((

Location is great with so many food options around to order. The view is amazing and the Hostess is super helpful and nice

The hotel is an amazing value for money. The room is comfortable and quite cosy, it has all you need. Besides, the view is truly thrilling! Staff is helpful and friendly

It was a bit tough to handle the door key, but it is not a big deal really

We arrived and they said the room we booked has been occupied. Was provided another room with just one bed. Bathroom light was not working. Bathroom had a strange smell. Woke to in the morning and there was no water. The lady said it was nt her problem. It was the governments . We dint take a shower and had to check out with out a shower. We tried to negotiate a little refund and then we began to see the rudeness of the person. The hotel is in an apartment and has a view but doesn't deserve a stay. The tv was broken too.

The hotel is on the 15th floor of a really old and not very nice building. It was almost impossible to find the building as the sign is sooo small! Our driver had to call several times just to find it. The location isn’t too nice either. The elevator is so scary, it doesn’t feel very stable. The room was definitely not my favorite.. The shower door is too small for the wall and the bathroom door itself doesn’t close fully. There was no curtains for the terrace and the terrace door doesn’t have a lock on it.
