Good locationStaff was hepful and amazing.

You hear all the noises in the room,evry time someone closes the door all the room moving.The breakfast not as the photos,no bacon and the good stuff.On our last 2 nights there was a plumbing problem in the next room and they left us on the room and it felt like a construction site , I understand its not their fault but we came to vocation not to work and it ruined the atmosphere a little.

The breakfast was even better than last year. Blinchicki every morning!!! Perfect location, a short walk to the subway station, many nice restaurants near by. Super safe. Stayed twice here and highly recommend it.

The view to the alley is not nice. Pick the view to the entrance. The alley view contained a large garbage can and you can literally see inside the opposing building.

I had a great stay at Hotel Graf. The room was clean, the breakfast was really good, and the staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay was extremely comfortable and outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in until check-out and even during the farewell. The hotel made me feel very welcomed, and everything was well-organized and pleasant.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met my expectations and more…

We had a pleasant stay at Graf Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which we really appreciated.The staff were accommodating and kind. They can be a bit shy at times, but overall they were helpful and welcoming, so no issues there.The location is definitely a highlight. It’s very close to Freedom Square, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The view from the window was of another apartment, but that didn’t bother us since we spent most of our time outside anyway.

The only downside was a noticeable cigarette smell in the room. My wife and I are non-smokers, so it was a bit uncomfortable, and we weren’t sure where it was coming from.

The hotel location is excellent, everything is new and well renovated.

The biggest issue is the noise because of housekeeping staff. They are talking very loudly in the hall, shouting to each other and talking on phone very loudly. Especially in the mornings you cannot sleep long because of their noises. Also you hear TV sounds of neighbors very clearly and very loudly, it’s very annoying.

Location is perfect, it is very close to Rustavelli, some Casinos and many good restaurants. It was new and very clean. Staff was positive and helpful. Breakfast was enough for the value, you have different options.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in an absolutely perfect central location in Tbilisi ,truly one of the most central hotels you can find. Everything is within about a 5-minute walk in every direction, which made the trip extremely convenient.The room was spacious, clean, and well-organized, and it was cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important for us. The hotel feels quite new, modern, and well maintained.The staff was excellent - very kind, helpful, and professional. They assisted us with everything we needed and provided great service throughout our stay.Breakfast was rich and very good, with a nice variety of Georgian dishes, and also options for guests who prefer more familiar food. Overall, the facilities, price, location, and service were all outstanding.

Rooms aren't that quiet, you can hear other rooms and the hall, but not that bad

The walls were a little thin and you could hear people talking in the hallway. But it was quiet for the most part.

We had a nice stay at Graf Hotel and the staff was always trying to be helpful. The location is great; two minutes walking distance from the Freedom Square, which is the center of the city.Breakfast was also good; it would be nice to have some freshly brewed tea as well.

The room was cosy but the beds in the twin room are quite small, though.

Everything was great about the hotel. It exceeded my expectations actually. Facilities, cleaning and structure of the hotel were on top, breakfast was tasty and the location of the hotel is so close to the center - Liberty Square. The staff was also so kind and helpful, special thanks to Mr. Lasha and the ladies at the reception.

Safe didn’t work. Shower was very odd and uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor.

Decent rooms. Great location.

Staff. For the most part they were absolutely surly. There were a couple of exceptions to this, but for the most part staff were disinterested and not at all friendly or approachable.

Prime location(off freedom square) , clean, good rooms, very good breakfast, best service( Lika and Lasha- thanks a lot)

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, nice staff.

My room was on the ground floor. The curtain doesn't hide the room well and anyone walking in the parking lot behind the hotel can easily see me in my room. Not pleasant. I imagine this is a problem only on the first floor. I recommend that the hotel improve the concealment of the curtain. Other than that, a great hotel and highly recommended.
