Clean, modern, warm (it was winter) spacious (rooms really as big as they say), staff were great, breakfast was small buffet but nice ( the coffee was awesome)Great view from the balconyArea was nice, 2 minutes from cathedral, great coffee shop at top of the road and wonderful wine shop

Nothing really, a little bit further from town than expected, maybe 15 minutes walk.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with everything feeling new, modern, and professionally managed. Room service and housekeeping were truly top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast was varied and well prepared, offering plenty of options.

The only downside is the location: it is quite far from the city center and situated on elevated terrain, which makes walking around rather difficult and, at times, an unpleasant experience.

Friendly staff and the price is very affordable, the view in the morning lets you see the city which is amazing . The room was very clean

We abandoned stay at Iris Hotel

When we reached the property, it was not as it was advertised. It was dark and dull and in an isolated place. We had come by rented car and it was extremely tough toLocate it.We immediately abandoned our booking and chose to stay somewhere else.

The room was very clean. Staffs are nice. Don't skip their breakfast. It was very good.

Fantastic hotel, great value with a luxurious feel to it. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is really good, staff is very friendly. Location is great - walkable to most of the local attractions. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great!

Everything was perfect. Nice, cosy hotel. Small streets, and the centre is not so far away. You can walk to it

Near the hotel there was a big trash container. So, it’s not a problem of the hotel. It’s a question to the city.

Great location, easy access to the metro station, to the Rike park and Old city walking. Great staff, especially the owner of the hotel, always caring, polite and friendly. Rooms are and has everything you need. You can ask iron from reception, they can bring it to you

A nice small-meidum size hotel just out side of the old city of Tbilisi. Looks like it was renovated or built recently. The staff was very friendly with great English and was quite helpful with tips for restaurants and activities in the city. We had a twin room which was spacious enough for 2 people with a great balcony with views on the city and the river from one side and the big Cathedral on the other side. Besd were very comfortable and the bathroom was big, clean and new with great water pressure and lots of toiletries. Both the hotel and the room were very clean.

The hotel is located on the other side of the river from the old city. About 10-20 min walk (depends where you are heading in the old city). Taxis are very cheap, available and fast (using Bolt app) so it's not really an issue. Breakfast was nice and fresh and the staff of the restaurant were very nice. Coffee was great (they have a good espresso machine) but the food variety wasn't great. The pool is in the basement floor, not a big one, with a few sun beds around it. It's not the highlight of the hotel but the kids enjoyed spending some time there with friends and it's a nice refreshment mainly in summer when Tbilisi can be super hot and humid.

I requested an extra bed prior to my arrival but it was not ready at the time of check in.. when the guy came to set it up he didn’t lay the bedding properly.. Breakfast was good but I suggest more international dishes .. it was served cold.Also the room was a bit small for myself and my 3 children

Great little hotel! The staff is very friendly. They helped us to make a few phone calls to either get a cab or a restaurant reservation.Our room was big! It also had a nice balcony. The location was great.

The breakfast was diverse and satisfying. The place was very clean, staff were professional and respectful, and the location was excellent close to main attractions and easy to reach.

The rooms were very cozy with a beautiful view of the city. It's at a comfortable distance from the city center so one can walk it down at any given time ..the staff too are ready to help and provide any information

The in room dining service is limited because there's only one restaurant in the building that may not be open throughout the week

Great value for money. 10 min walk to the main river which gives you more opportunity to explore, and that's great. Staff was very nice and responsive.

Breakfast could have been a bit better but for the price, it was very good.
