I liked the food, liked the interior, the view, the amenities.

I have serious concern regarding the overcrowding at the hotel restaurant. During my visit, a relatively small space was packed with approximately 200 guests. This created a hazardous environment; with only a single exit available, any emergency or fire would have resulted in a disaster.The lack of oversight from management was evident. The room was so congested that guests could barely move between tables to access the terrace. Furthermore, the facilities were entirely inadequate for the crowd size, as 200 people were expected to share a single restroom. This experience felt both irresponsible and unsafe."

The cleaners is not friendly ,, & I forgot my power bank next to the bed they say they didn’t see it & I am sure I forgot it

Very high prices for laundry. Don't recommend using their laundry services.

This is the second time I am staying here and loving it. - Dedicated parking spot, but make sure to reserve earlier (parking is hard to find in Tbilisi)- Amazing view- Clean, comfortable rooms- Hospitable staff

Good but the mattress and pillows are not comfortable

We had a river view and it was absolutely beautiful. This hotel is perfect. You're a 10 minute walk from the city center and its landmarks, but not so close as to be bothered by the noise. The breakfast was hearty. The service impeccable.

Nothing. It was perfect. My only remark is, if you're looking for a big spacious room, our room was rather small. But we didn't care because it was very cozy.

Its second time that I stay there , it’s very clean, quiet, comfortable place , peaceful place for resting.

The place is nice and clean, the staff are friendly, helpful, assist with luggage, and respond quickly when help is needed.

Great location, close to the city center and main attractions. The apartment was clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and even assisted with luggage, which made the stay comfortable andsmooth

The location was perfect – very central but on a quiet street next to the Armenian church, so it felt peaceful yet close to everything. The entrance is absolutely stunning, like a palace, and the river view is one of the most beautiful in Tbilisi. The décor and interiors match the photos, the ground-floor king rooms were very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Tengo at reception – he was very kind, welcoming, and always helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as housekeeping wasn’t very thorough. The biggest issue was the beds and pillows – in every room we tried, the mattresses were sagging and uncomfortable, and the pillows weren’t supportive. Even with a mattress topper added, it didn’t solve the problem. Some of the reception and housekeeping staff were also less attentive compared to Tengo, who was excellent.

The first night, they gave a room that has a water drain covered with a decorative column. I was hearing the voice of the water draining while I’m sleeping and it increase during the rain. The room has a smell I believe because of this. I complained and they moved me the second night to a great room with tow balconies on the river and it is upgraded. They tried to do this the earlier night but the hotel was fully booked. I appreciate the effort of the hotel manager.

The admin give us another type of room instead of what we booked on Booking and about 2 hour at night they can’t explain why and give us normal one. Terrible experience

Too much noise, uncomfortable bed+pillows, live music didnt let us rest
