Pros +
- Great location
- The location was good and rooms are big. The host was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good even though the options are limited.
- I paid 71 Lari for one night stay for 2 people in double bed also breakfast was included. They also let us keep our backpack after check out.I see it’s very affordable option for what was offered
Cons -
- From the moment I stepped in, I was not welcome. No smiling, got the wrong smaller room. When asked for hot water (it is shown in the pictures that the room has the kettle), the women who was asked to bring it made a reluctant noise. The temperature outside was minus 3, the room waited for us cold, even though I wrote exact time of arrival. We got another room, also cold, switched on the AC for 30. It was working all evening and all night, the room stayed cold. I slept (barely) in 2 sweaters and a hoody and 2 pairs of pants. The next morning I canceled my second night and moved out. The price was cheap, the experience was horrible.
- There were no tea and coffee in the room.
- the room was a bit small for our family we are 2 adults and two kids but we were fine since we stayed only one night

The location was excellent, within walking distance of most touristic areas. I didn’t need to use public transportation at all while exploring Tbilisi. The room was clean and comfortable. Initially, the radiator in my room wasn’t working, but after I informed the hotel staff, they fixed it promptly. Other than that, I had no issues during my stay. I also arrived early in the morning, hours before the official check-in time, and they kindly allowed me to use my room, which was greatly appreciated after a tiring journey.
the receptionist was very nice and helpful, he helped us to curry our luggage since there were no elevator. the apartment was clean.
the room was a bit small for our family we are 2 adults and two kids but we were fine since we stayed only one night
The staff were very welcoming and hospitable and helpful, the food was decent, and the location is perfect as it is close to the old town and sulfuric baths, and near bus stations that can take you anywhere.
Location is great for the old town and public transport is very close. Room was comfy but breakfast was quite basic....but then the price was very reasonable so no complaints....also have private parking
The staffs are kind Maria, Ghana and lady who is preparing the breakfast, good location where close to tourist spots, big room and good value for money! Highly recommended. Def will book again here❤️
Tasty breakfast, clean and close to sulphur baths
Internet was not working in the room but worked fine in corridor
The hotel is well situeted
we adviced the hotel we went by car and they were fixing the street and we were not able to get in the parking. The hotel didn't adviced us and we had so much trouble to park near by. The next day breakfast is served from 9 to 11 am (even that time is kind late for us) at 9, the breakfast was no served because the lady who prepared was sleeping.
My best Hotel ever . Very Clear, tidy, great Location. Very nice Breakfast. Next to our room there is a massive terrace to sit with family , to have chat . Most of all Ms Gana & Ms Maria…. They are like STAR. We have visited with my family 4 of us for the first time in Georgia due to my Son’s study. Now we feel like we have a family in Georgia. Whenever we come to visit my son we will definitely stay here again & again. Highly recommended as almost all tourist attractions in Tbilisi is walking distance from the hotel. Most loveliest people we ever met.
Very well maintained, felt modern & old combination. SIMPLY GREAT.
It was clean and comfortable.Very nice and friendly staff.
Our stay in Georgia was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were met with incredible warmth and hospitality. The people are genuinely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, just as depicted in the photos, and the attention to detail was impressive. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the local attractions. A special mention to the owner, Gana, who speaks excellent English, which made communication a breeze. Breakfast each morning was delightful, providing a great start to our days. We highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Georgia.
There should have been some activities
We felt more like Home. The Host made sure that the Stay was comfortable. The place is located near to famous attractions (walkable distance). We did get good options everyday for Breakfast which was delicious.
People are nice until you pay for the room. After that, they are very rude. They can’t even help international customers. All they care about the money!!!. When you I paid them money they became very rude!!!
Breakfast was very good, WiFi was good, location was near the city center, the Armenian owner (or manager) of the hotel was helpful
Location was in a place where you should climb to the hill up to the hotel and while we were there there was repairment in the road to the hotel which made the way too difficult to pass. A bit older facility. There were some spots on the sheets. But generally we can say the hotel was clean. The staff cannot speak English and I can’t say to be very helpful. Our check out were a bit earlier (AM 7:00-7:15), so we couldn’t do our breakfast on the last day of our journey. I asked about early breakfast (in same position in Prague our hotel prepared sandwiches for us. Not very important but makes the customer think positive about the hotel) but they refused. Moreover we had 7-8 dollar value expenditure which they should equalize with 6 people’s breakfast but they demanded this also. Our room was on 1st floor and When closing windows on 1st floor there was moisture and smell of moisture. When you open the window there were people (in my occasion some drunk men) passed 1 meter from the window which they can see your room if curtains are away from window. That made me feel discomfort and unsafe.
Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast
Little scamming moments with payment that were resolved but still left a bitter impression. Scamming unfortunately is very common in Georgia so be cautious.
Location, price, staff.
Kind of unexpected that there was no cleaning service for rooms.
The location, staff, breakfast, cozy atmosphere
