Sound proof between the rooms needs improvement

the building is a restored and (brilliantly) reimagined caravansary: every detail of the public and personal spaces was designed with creative vision and executed with craftsmanship. (Maybe the use of mirrors feels a bit excessive at first_ soon it contributes its own transcendent dimension)breakfast was an extraordinary array of fresh, rich options from georgian cuisine and beyond.the several staff members with whom we interacted were genuinely engaged, happy and helpful. they remember details of your situation and your plans mentioned days before. they anticipate needs before you do, and the minor problems are eliminated before they occur in an atmosphere of joy and adventure.

The area is the playground for international tourism (Siona Street, for example) and the Qavarsla is at ground zero. It makes it super convenient for easy walks to the tourism industry of Meiden Square or Rustaveli Street's cultural and commercial institutions. Historic and authentic streets are all around the periphery, but you are in a bubble.

I loved everything about this property. The room was beautifully designed, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The service was exceptional — the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was incredible, with a great variety and excellent quality. Overall, the attention to detail made my stay very comfortable.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Amazing place, welcoming staff the only down side is the bar outside they play music and wont stop till 11 pm so if thats fine with you go for it

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful historical building with great design and a cozy ambiance. Our room was clean, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the old town.

The room had a slight damp/wet smell, which was a bit uncomfortable. But overall, everything was amazing.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful and very comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm, relaxing, and perfect for families. The furniture is modern, new, and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable.A special thank you to Dona for her warm and genuine smile — it really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would also like to praise Mariam at the reception for her elegant, professional, and courteous service. The reception team was very helpful and handled everything with great care and respect.The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the overall ambiance makes you feel at home.My family and I had a beautiful experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay.We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Excellent location, awesome building, very well maintained, comfy beds, good hotel restaurant and great staff.

Bars nearby playing live music until very late at night and can be heard from the hotel rooms on that side.

The room was very very noisy from the music of the hotel bar. It lasted every night until 10 pm

Very pleasant hotel at an excellent location.

Our room was facing the restaurant and had a Jazz singer singing till 23:30 at least every night. It was quite noisy (though she sang beautifully :-))

Great staff! Very professional.Bathroom has floor heating which was awesome.Even the wall with the towel rack was heated.Good location. Close to everything.We got to the hotel earlier than we said and they gave us the room pretty fast.

The room is facing the street with all the restaurants and all day there is live music from them so that's kind of annoying.

Loved Allan and Donnas customer service. They really were the sweetest and catered to our familys needs and a generous early check in since it was low season

The hotel’s design is stunning — different from other hotels in the area, very authentic and impressive.Every small detail in the design and atmosphere was carefully thought out.The staff was wonderful, always smiling and eager to help.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.I would just upgrade the breakfasts a bit — overall they’re good, but quite simple.

⭐ Perfect Stay in Tbilisi! ⭐We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They even made a sweet gesture for our birthday, which really touched us. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The TV worked perfectly, and the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to all the main tourist spots, cafes, and shops. Everything was perfect, and we truly thank all the staff for their warm hospitality. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! ?
