Nina Palace Hotel

The location was perfect for my bussiness in Tbilisi. The room was large and comfy.

The hotel should inform that it is located on a single upper floor of a building and for a decent experience one should take only the elevator. Street-side rooms are rather noisy due to the traffic. For sure this is not a "palace".

The property is tidy small and very comfortable, its one floor and the stuff are really friendly. You feel like at home with lovely breakfast , the moment you need anything the stuff will run to fix it for you at the moment especially maya , she always cared to make sure we are getting the best service possible .

What i didnt like about the property is nothing , it was perfect , i highly recommend for families / friends , quite all the time

Being Vegetarian Breakfast was with limited choice. Could have added more fruits to the menu.

Location details and board is not catchy from outside. No access to lift till ground level. Had to carry luggage to first floor. Lift is very small to accommodate a small family.

The property being in the main city area helped us finish our work quicker as everything that we required was in walking distance. The place is quiet and serene. Things such as banks, supermarkets, restaurants are all available below and universities are nearby as well such as University Of Georgia etc.

They cancelled my booking in the day for that day. I was planning to stay in Tbilisi for 1 night. I’m arriving and they are telling me that “smth. Happened and I have no room” . I booked my number a few months prior. And they weren’t event thinking of finding a solution, speaking with me in a way like what can we do?Started looking for a new hotel for me after I told them to do that. And found a hotel faaar from everything. So i lost my day, they spoiled my weekend with their extremely non-responsible and non- professional approach. Btw the reason why my room was out of service was “the rain” on previous day. Which wasn’t in Tbilisi on the day before !

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The location was good. The room was very clean and good stuffed. The breakfast was excellent.

Room is clean and spacious. It has the ‘hotel’ vibe in it though the entrance going to the hotel is a little hard to find. Breakfast is good but monotonous. Sometimes the breakfast table is a little messy since only one person is in the breakfast area. Also, room cleaning is not daily so you need to request in the reception if you want your room to be cleaned. Aside from this minor issues, i consider it a nice hotel. They have one of the largest room I had considering that I only book for a double room and they have a floor to ceiling mirror attached to the wardrobe which i really liked. They provide everything that you need in a hotel room. Highly recommended.

A little far from the attractions. You need to take bolt/taxi if you want to go around old tbilisi. Usually it costs 6-10 lari depending on the time.

Cleanliness, comfort and location

The hotel is situated at 3 rd floor and their elevator starts from 1st floor, so I had to take my luggage through stairs from ground floor to the first floor elevator area.

We tried to find the place with the taxi driver but we didn't find, we tried to call and nobody answer, so we need to take another hotel on 2:00 it's was difficult because we were tried from the flight.

Can’t begin to describe how incredible this place is! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathroom is huge and has everything you need even a bidet. Receptionists are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is good but the breakfast area is small and it gets kinda crowded, the bar is pretty good many options with really good prices. The balcony is huge but there’s no view (just buildings). It has an air conditioner, heaters and a kettle, mini fridge. Location wise: There’s everything that you might need (Market, restaurants, coffee shops…) I only faced one issue regarding my stay: I requested an early check in and they approved (here in booking.com) upon arrival receptionist informed me that nothing is available and I waited 3 hours till I check in.

Hotel location is not safe at night and too much noise at night, kfc smell fills the room.

Friendly staff. They will make you feel like at home. Good breakfast. Will accommodate any requests you have. Value for money is exceptional.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, and the room size can also be mentioned, it is more or less a normal size.

Let's start with the fact that the hotel didn't have enough towels for the guests. The room was cleaned by force, it's just because of the salary that the cleaner cleans it like that, the photos more or less reflect this. If I start talking about breakfast, I can't finish it, there was no such terrible breakfast anywhere in Tbilisi, if you want to start the morning healthy, it's better not to have breakfast at this hotel at all, everything was full of fat, old and terrible. There is a juice machine, but there is no juice, a box of chocolates is visible, but no chocolate has been poured, the glasses are single-use, they are too lazy to wash the reusable ones, as soon as I touched the glass glass, I put it back again. The only healthy food was cucumbers and tomatoes, which I was happy about, but I wish I hadn't seen them at all, it seemed that they had been cut and aged a few days ago, the cucumbers were dried out. The nuggets were soft like cotton instead of crispy, this also with the effect of aging. Most importantly, breakfast was served until 10 am, which surprised me, no hotel I've ever been to has served breakfast with such a flexible schedule. All the dishes were chicken, aimed at Asian guests, but if I, a local Georgian guest, decided to come, no one would mind.I forgot to mention the main thing, I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 beds, the so-called "extra large double bed", but they put me in a room that had 2 beds pushed together. I definitely won't lose it and I'll also mention that I told them and they changed my room, but I think I'm keeping the details I want when booking so I don't have to ask on the spot.
