Property is clean, with a nice view from the balcony . Also the people working at the reception are very kind and helpful. Special thanks to David at the reception for helping me out with some matters.

Booked 2 rooms for my mother and her colleague to stay for a week. She was really happy with the room, bed, sevice. She liked restsurant and breakfast as well. Good location, clean rooms, comfy bed. Highly recommended

We stayed for 2 nights; with a baby. I wanted to give a special mention to the staffs that helped us with heating baby milk. Thanks team.

We didn’t have any. Maybe I would say the washroom basin clogged and took a lot of time to drain the water.

Very nice design, great room, AC is working great, bottled water in every room, towels changed every day, super clean and comfortable

We didn’t have shower doors and the floor was covered in water after taking a shower.

Breakfast options

One of the highlights of my stay was the Georgian food served at the hotel. Every dish was a celebration of local flavors—like perfectly baked khachapuri The ingredients were fresh, and the meals were prepared with care and authenticity. It was a fantastic way to experience the culinary traditions of Georgia without leaving the hotel.

the room was good, big, comfy bed, good shower, I like hairdryer and steamer.

breakfast was disappointment, I was expecting much more, might be because of the pictures, which apparently were not close to reality. the Hotel is located inside the yard that closed by barrier, so the taxi drops off and picks up on the street and after that you should walk like 50 meters even if it is rainy.

I like the aesthetic and atmosphere in the hotel, our room is really nice with big windows and king size bed. I also loved the courtyard outside the hotel where we usually stayed after breakfast for the fresh air and nice view.

I didn’t like that there is a bad smell coming from the toilet that didn’t seem to go away. The lobby is very dark as well.

Davity and Nika are angels. Staff is the best thing at this hotel. Thank you so much for your help.

Breakfast - not very appetizing, and not especially tasty.

Worst experience ever had I spent 20 minutes in this hotel and left to another hotel , the room was full of flies in the bed and toilet , I talked to the reception to change the room he informed me the whole rooms were fully booked and didn’t even try to find a solution for the issue so i had to changed the hotel without refund .

The quite and peaceful Tbilisi yard, hospitable team, the room and the bed.

Breakfast is awfull, totally. The restaurant itself is a parody on Georgian cuisine

Good location, nice and clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for everyone who looking for nice hotel for the nice price. Will come back for this hotel for sure.

Amazing experience! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. Everything was great: birds were singing, it was calm, with beautiful colors and design. The outside garden was also very pretty, and for this price, you won’t find anything better.

Breakfast was not good. Breakfast variety was not acceptable. It was difficult to get the car in and out of the hotel yard.

The room was spotless! I loved the style and the nice touches (analog phone, great illumination).

The check-in was very smooth and the staff were friendly. The room size is good enough for short stay. Plus, it was easy to get around to the sights by taxi.

There was unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom during our stay, it seems the sewage!!! The second day after housekeeping the room, we found one pillow somehow dirty and that disappointed. The breakfast was very basic but delicious.

Good location for local restaurants where local Georgian dine , bed was comfortable with spacious bathroom , good variety of breakfast

Really great hotel in a quiet part of town.10 minutes walk from Metro.Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, plus many other shops tourists need.Makes a good base to explore Tbilisi.
