Good location, nice boutiqe hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a faint smell of sewerage in the bathroom.

No heating, rude unavailabe staff and a bad smell all over the place

Margot Sololaki is located in a nice historical area of old town (across the road there is a house where Russian poet Sergei Yesenin stayed in 1924-1925), it offers a small swimming pool on top and has a very kind and friendly staff, special thanks to receptionist Lisa and security man Georgiy for their help! After checkout we could keep our luggage at the hotel, while continuing to use the swimming pool and shower.

The room we ordered was two small for three adults and our requests that three beds be provided for three guests could not be granted despite an initial affirmative answer.

The first night I was put in room 101. It had a faulty door lock and the elevator door slammed all night outside the room. Also you could hear everything in the lobby. They did move me the next day to a very quiet room. The rooms were very clean. The housekeeping were lovely. The pool was the reason I booked the hotel. There are not a lot of outdoor pools in the area. The staff acted very bored at the most simple requests. I asked for a beer and the man literally rolled his eyes to have to walk five steps to the kitchen. They never had a beer opener any day I was there. We had to tap the beer open on the side of the wall. On Saturday the pool was completely full and there was not priority given to hotel guests. 4 loungers were held empty for the 3 hours I was by the pool. Guests asked about them (including myself) and we were told they were reserved….. but my real concern was when I told the woman at the front desk that the lock in my room 101 wasn’t safe or secure she dismissed me with an eye roll and said thank you for your report. I am posting a picture so that you can see. The lock could easily be opened and you can see into the room. Even after I moved rooms after the first night the lock was still not attended to by the time I checked out.

Location is a bit of a walk but quiet at night, no tourists and extra noise. Super clean, aesthetically pleasing, amazing friendly staff made my stay super enjoyable. The girl at breakfast was such a sweetheart

Visiting Tbilisi, don't hesitate to book this hotel. Everything was perfect, clean, and cozy. The stuff was so friendly, sweet, and ready to help. The location was great, and the pool was very warm.It's one of my best vacations, and mostly thanks to this place! ??

I recommend it! A new small hotel. Original modern interior, clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and a small outdoor pool. What was especially convenient for us was the opportunity to book online without prepayment. The hotel is slightly away from the main tourist traffic, so it is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time the center is nearby. However, to find a restaurant, you will have to walk a little and enjoy the atmosphere of unique Tbilisi. In other words, I really enjoyed everything, thanks for the hospitality.

We loved the hotel. Modern design, lovely interior, friendly staff and a very nice pool area. This is a great short stay hotel and will be amazing during the summer.

The economy room is a bit small, and there are no bedside desks, which might add some comfort.

The atmosphere here is pleasant, with a room that is both comfortable and impeccably clean, featuring a lovely design. The foods by the pool are delicious, and the staff is incredibly helpful, always ready to assist and answer any questions you may have. The location is peaceful, conveniently situated near Freedom Square. Overall, it was the perfect setting for relaxation.

We loved our room. It was very clean and beautiful. We also found reception helpful.

At the pool during the day. Several middle aged men were clearly taking drugs. Some were passed out by the pool and vomiting. Others were acting extrmely bizzare. The DJ also appeared to take drugs as he left his station a few times to go out to the pool to dance by myself. There is one toilet at the pool and these men would go in groups of 3 and spending some time in the toilet so people enjoying the pool struggled to get to the toilet. There was one family at the pool who left because of this behaviour. This is not the place for a family. We sat as far away as possible from the group however they slowly ended up beside us to which point we left. I don't think they were guests of the hotel but I could be wrong. It's a shame the pool is like this when everything else was so perfect. When I spoke to the nice lady who served us food at the pool and said everyone's on drugs here which is made an ashamed expression.

Deceptive Hotel and a Ruined Stay!

I have never been more disappointed with a hotel than I am with Margot Sololaki. From the moment we arrived, we were scammed. The staff asked us to cancel our reservation on Booking.com and pay by card at the hotel, supposedly to avoid "extra fees." Against my better judgment, I paid, only to realize we had walked into a nightmare.The photos online are a complete lie! The pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place, is tiny, dirty, and absolutely nothing like the pictures. It's an embarrassment! The so-called "amenities" they offer? A couple of towels. That’s it.After seeing the actual conditions, we immediately asked to reduce our stay from two nights to one. But guess what? The management refused to refund us, claiming the pool size was "clearly stated" in the description – a blatant lie! There's no mention of any pool dimensions anywhere!My girlfriend and I were looking forward to a relaxing getaway, and instead, this hotel completely ruined our experience. I am furious! The management's behavior is shady at best, and I feel totally cheated. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It's a scam, plain and simple.Worst decision ever.
