Paragraph Freedom Square, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Tbilisi

Everything exceeded expectations—from the unbeatable location on Freedom Square to the elegant design and immaculate rooms. The comfort, attention to detail, spa facilities, and outstanding breakfast made the stay feel truly luxurious. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive, making every moment effortless and enjoyable.

Great breakfast, new facilities, good welcome gift, nice staff.

1) Toilet door was broken 2) when flush toilet disgusting smell in shower 3) no bath shampoo or smth for taking a bath 4) dirty windows 5) TV screen does not work in bathroomAlso, they take around 200$ for “extra” in room. It is freezing money somewhere and you can not get it around 10 business days or more, depending on your bank. This is really annoying and strange. Better to find a better place to stay. Never come back.

Room is ok, windows could be open, cool water in fridge

The bar on the 9th floor asked if I was Russian and refused me entry at 1 a.m. because I was wearing sneakers. The bar was completely empty, not a single person there. I asked at the reception if my outfit was suitable for visiting the bar, and they said yes. I feel that I was refused entry because I am Russian.

World class hotel at great value relative to developed markets. Great room. Great breakfast buffet, spa facilities, executive lounge. Great service.

Outstanding on all accounts, the design, the rooms and facilities are top notch and we have seen a few luxury hotels really outstanding highest level .The Spa on 3 levels outstanding for its facilities and luxury and treatments !!

We liked all other than the grumpy faces of the security at the entrance with no smile unfortunately… but it’s super minimal compared to the whole lovely atmosphere and highest level !! Of all !!

This was the most luxurious hotel we ever stayed in with amazing value for money. The facilities are amazing with an amazing spa with saunas indoor and outdoor heated pools. The breakfast was also amazing. It was our 30th anniversary and we loved it. When we return to Tbilisi we will stay there again.

The ostigan grill restaurant was disappointing as we ordered a tomahawk steak that was not good. But the invited us for a free launch to compensate us. Our schedule would not allow us to take advantage of this opportunity.

We started our vacations here and loved it so much that decided to return. It became a home away from home. The best service in the entire Georgia! Team is well-organized and well-trained.

We wish we had more time!

Views and spa are amazing (we got a suite though).

It was wonderful! Staff at breakfast is a bit stiff. (I think language is definitely a barrier.)

think their upsell on transport from airport with outside provider was overpriced…. Used Bolt on outbound journey at 10% the inbound costs !

i asked for an early check-in. all around the world i pay half a day as usual. here they forced me to pay a full day for early check in

Beautifully designed and everything was impeccable. enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. Love their wines and restaurants inside the hotel was amazing. It’s close to the mall. It’s nice to walk around.
