The hotel it’s clean ,, There was no one to help, so I had to carry the bags.. The breakfast was good, but simple.the location very close for the city and cable car .. The room is spacious

I stayed at the hotel for three days. The TV wasn't working, and we told reception twice, but no one responded. The bathroom bidet was leaking, and we told them three times, but it wasn't fixed.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Upon check in the very kind Ana offer a free upgrade, and the room was large and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily and replenished with water coffee and tea. The pool was open and i enjoyed a swim. The breakfast was buffet style and offered a very good assortment! We will come again!

Wow, this hotel honestly blew me away. The whole experience was far better than I expected, especially considering how affordable the price is. The services were impressive, the staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. Even the breakfast was surprisingly good. I really didn’t expect this level of hospitality from a hotel at this price. It definitely went above and beyond. I strongly recommend staying here.

Good location. Quiet. Close to the center with a reasonable walk. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Clean. Had all we needed.

The only thing I could ask more is some sort of almonds or soy milk for the coffee in the morning. Other than that it was a fit for all of our needs.

Sauna did not work even though I’m paying a premium for a hotel with a sauna. They were surprised we asked if it worked as if that’s not something to expect when you book a hotel with a sauna.The WiFi in our room was absolutely unusable and occasionally overheated according to the staff. I have used a local SIM card the whole duration.The breakfast is really subpar for a 4 star hotel. Black coffee only, barely anything warm let alone tasty or not overcooked. Jam is served from a little cup instead of single serving. Everything appears to be about saving money.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, location is good. If we were to visit Tbilisi again, we would probably stay in this hotel. If you want to get more bang for your buck you can for sure reserve this hotel.Thank you SOTA and all the staff.

Stayed in a family room and had a really nice time here. The breakfast was great and a had a lot of vegetarian options and variation (loved the crepes!!!). The pool was great and also very nice to have access to a sauna. The front desk staff was able to arrange a room from 3am for half the price of a regular night so wonderful job there and also checking us in at 3am. We loved the location - just a few minutes away from the metro but still in a fairly calm area. We loved that there are two adorable cats hanging around the outdoor areas.

The double bed in the family room didn't have direct access to the AC so it got a bit stuffy. There was also a low, regular noise that never went away (maybe from the ventilation from the room next to it???). I want to recommend opening up the curtains in the breakfast room to make it lighter. The balcony was shared with another room and one day the housekeeping staff left the balcony door open, which meant the other room had access to our room but fortunately nothing was taken.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, a walking distance from most of the attractions. The breakfast was nice. A special thanks to the receptionist Anna for letting us check in earlier.

Breakfast was excellent. Location worked well - a few minutes walk from the main Old Tbilisi area meant it was very quiet but still convenient. It's also just a few minutes walk from the Avlabari metro station, which was excellent as that was where several day tours I did started from.

It's a shame breakfast doesn't start until 8.30 - be aware of that if you're joining a day tour with an 8.30 meeting time.

Very pleasant room with balcony. Really enjoyed breakfast. Enjoyed pool which is still a little cool at this time of year. Easy access to city centre.
