Radisson RED Tbilisi

The location, the friendly staff, the food...etc, It's an amazing one.. I strongly recommend it for all the visitors of Tbilisi.

Nothing to say

The property is centrally located, with major attractions and restaurants nearby. It has a great vibe and a good breakfast.

We stayed for three nights and did not face any major issues during our stay. However, since we traveled in December, the room was excessively hot. Despite lowering the temperature and informing the hotel reception, the issue was not resolved during our stay. We had to keep the window open to regulate the room temperature.

Nice street but a bit far walk to the old town

Almost everything, the atmosphere is amazing, the location, the staff.

Does not have a swimming pool, and I can understand it is very difficult to make one in an old renovated mansion.

House keeping should be in daily basis and deep no need to remind them. Also breakfast menu not variety

Tazo at the reception was super helpful with the check in experience , he went the extra mile and took care of early checkin when we had reached the hotel.

Check-in and Check-out process were smooth.

I booked a Junior Suite expecting exactly what the photos showed: a spacious room with a balcony and a nice view. Instead, I was given a room on the second floor overlooking the courtyard bar – so close it felt like I was sitting there with the crowd. The noise was unbearable with loud music, shouting, and laughing every single night until midnight. And even after midnight, the loud noises continued until 4am in the morning. The hotel has bad insulation, so every sound carried straight into the room making it impossible to get any proper rest.To make things worse, I later discovered that the rooms on the third and fourth floors actually have the spacious balcony with a view that was shown in the photos. It feels extremely misleading that the same “Junior Suite” category can mean such drastically different experiences depending on which floor you are placed.Breakfast was another letdown – the selection was very small and limited with barely any variety or quality. Housekeeping wasn’t up to standard; the cleaning was inconsistent and there was always something missing whether it was coffee, glasses, or other basics that should have been restocked daily.The location itself isn’t appealing – neither convenient for sightseeing nor relaxing enough for a quiet stay.I felt completely misled. The hotel should be upfront in their listings and clarify which rooms actually have balconies and views, instead of advertising something they do not deliver. Guests should also be warned if they will be stuck above a noisy bar in a bad location. As it stands, this stay was misleading, uncomfortable, disappointing, and unacceptable.

The restaurant at the hotel has very oily main dishes, however, the appetizer are very good.

The hotel met the standard level expected of the Radisson group. The facilities were well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent.

The location was not appealing for me personally, as the hotel is situated on a public street known as Arab Street, which I did not find favorable. On a different note, the gym was quite small, appearing more like a converted room than a dedicated fitness facility. A more appropriately sized gym space would be a welcome improvement.

Location is good

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering the price and the category of the property. The room I was given had several issues: the phone was not working at first, making it impossible to call reception or anywhere else. The bathroom door would constantly slam shut, creating the risk of getting stuck inside. The shower was also faulty and splashed water in all directions.When I complained and requested a room change, the reception acknowledged the issues and managed to fix them on the same day, which I appreciate. However, the service overall was far below expectations. I had to repeatedly request basic items such as fresh towels and toiletries. I was told that amenities like dental kits are provided only upon request, which is acceptable, but at the very least, housekeeping should replace hand and foot towels when cleaning the room—this did not happen unless I specifically called and asked.In addition, the staff were not very friendly or attentive. Even though it was clear that I was dissatisfied, no effort was made to improve my experience or offer alternatives to ensure my comfort. For a hotel of this level and price, I expected much better service and hospitality.

Clean and close to good restaurants

This was the worst experience in 5-star hotel. First, the request was to have connected rooms and 1 king bed and other is twin bed. Once arrived, both rooms are king bed and far from others. Tried for 2 days to have close-by room without luck. Second, parking is not provided by the hotel nor welling to support in the payment. Third, one room was having problem in AC and the other room was smelling very bad. Forth, one day we had breakfast in the hotel and they charged us for 4 persons, then second day they charged for 3 persons, saying the kids is half price, who is right? The housekeeping is not changing the towels every day even if dirty. When we asked for late check out, they charged $15 for 1 hour and half, claiming there is visitor who reserved this room (why asked me to pay while there is visitor, you could refuse). Some food plates are empty for Breakfast after 10:20am and coffee machine was broken.

The bathrooms are the best I’ve ever been in but that’s about it

Balconies are super small, you can’t even stand in it and there was a wall blocking the view. The bed was 2 twin beds tied together so it was not comfortable at all. The outside bar was closed for a private event and I just felt that over all the service was not as good as it was once before at this property

The breakfast was very limited. And the cleaning of the room could have been better. Place to park for taxis was a bit of a problem

Its luxury and comfy I liked the vibes there, its just the way I wanna live, and the stuff were sweet I liked them all and the most lovely thing I loved it about radisson Red the mini bar in the yard its such a great place to vibe with, Ill be happy to rebook again at the same hotel ?

The hotel is decent but and my experience was ok. The breakfast spread was good. The rooms were a bit small though.

(1) Location !! It is about a km walk from old city, and the surroundings of this hotel pale in comparison to the old city. The eateries are mostly Arabian/Pakistani cuisines and the couple of places offering Georgian food were'nt that great (and were expensive). Walking on streets with family was a bit uncomfortable with all the (seemingly) poorer localities and graffiti around. Fabrika, which was at a clos walking distance was a disappointment too.(2) The staff appearance (body-language) was cold - there was a gentleman at the main door whose job (it seemed to me) was only to keep an eye on everything. It seemed I was being watched even while having breakfast :-P in the adjoining hotel area. Smiles were missing from the staff faces (except at the reception) and the warmth seemed missing. Housekeeping staff was efficient and helped me sort out HVAC issues when I reported one.
