Excellent staff, especially front desk staff, was helping us to top the cel phone n applying e-visa to Azerbaijan. He was way beyond his duty. The flight was late at night, they let us check out late as they could. The kitchen staff were Great!

I wish they could have a slightly bigger room

Food options for breakfast were limited especially for vegetarians. No restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Close to city center, very easy to just walk out and take a stroll around the city, beautiful spot, clean and comfortable rooms, really nice staff.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Holiday Inn Express Tbilisi Avlabari. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The check-in process was smooth and fast.The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I loved the bed – it was cozy and gave me a good night’s sleep every day. The bathroom was clean with all the essentials available.The breakfast was great with a good variety of food, and the coffee was just perfect. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel, which made my stay even more relaxing.The location of the hotel is excellent – close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made it easy for me to explore Tbilisi.Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely come back again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

It was an amazing stay, we stayed for 5 days!The only thing is the breakfast needs to have some change ..Daily same breakfast was not something good!

The customer service by the front desk staff was exceptional. They ensured that our needs were met during our stay. There was one member, her name started with N (Nara I think) she was amazing from check in to check out.

The offerings for breakfast were poor. We expected more. Even though it's an Express hotel, what about cream cheese to have with the bread? The eggs were not kept in hot water, so they were cold. Who eats rice first thing in the morning? Just scrambled eggs (which did not look appealing). My group had to go and complete having breakfast somewhere else.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. The location was excellent, right next to a metro station, making it very convenient for getting around.

For some reason, our room wasn’t cleaned despite leaving the sign on the door. As a result, the towels were not changed, and the drinkable water supplies were not refreshed. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited.

The staff were very good, specially Mr. Temo, who assured us for the check in. Although there were no bell boys available for hotel, Temo was kind enough to to help us in carrying our luggage from car to the lobby. He was very co operative and soft spoken. He is an asset to the hotel, and we really love stay here again .

The location is very good. The staff is polite and helpful. The room is clean and the furniture is new. Well heated and good WiFi.

The breakfast is nothing special, I was expecting more since the Georgian cuisine is very delicious. In the bathroom the shower ? is not very strong.

Located in the city near metro station

Rooms next to the streets are too noisy with cars horns and dogs barking disrupting the deep sleep. Complaint to the reception and they agreed to change the room but we were extremely tired and lazy to change.
