The hotel is amazing! Friendly staff and the location is perfect. You can just walk to many sightseeing it takes up to 15 minutes.+ Everyday cleaning. We loved the place!

The decor and the room is beautiful.

There was a window in the room with no tint and no drapes, so it’s bright inside the room at 5am.

Staff was super chill and kind. The rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful. For us it was by far the best accommodation we stayed in in Georgia.

Charming vintage quaint property on a quiet street

Comfortable and quiet place in walking distance to old town and liberty square. Nice rooms (103 is bigger and the shower more spacious). Good breakfast, even if it’s only instant coffee. Very friendly service with good recommendations.We stayed there three times during our trip.

Such a calming hot shower. Close to the city but not right in the tourist hub so was quiet. Bed very comfortable and guy at reception was very nice. Great value for money. Did not want to leave this place as I slept so well. And daily room cleaning. Thanks for a great stay!

It's a nice authentic place with a nice interior. Very good location,in the centre but quite, nice room, comfortable bad, clean, nice bathroom, plenty of hot water. Parking outside. Shops and all amenities near by.

Proxmiity to Tourist places. Mini bar in room so you dont have to go to the drinks.

Hotel hard to find as no name bord is there apart from only Hotel signage. Entrance lobby should be well lighted, it was dark and coundt tell if this was the hotel or home kind of little horrific.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tbilisi for four nights. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the balcony offered a fair view, which was a nice touch. However, there were a few downsides. Breakfast was not included and cost around $20 per person, which felt quite expensive. Additionally, I was charged $6 per kilogram for using the washing machine, which added up quickly. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but these extra charges were a bit of a disappointment.

I took teh rooms without any breakfast. The rooms were clean, I like the service also.

Location good, about 10/15 minutes walk from Liberty square, bed very comfortable, window with internal shutters to stop external lights, useful mini bar. Staff so friendly that they even made me a pleasant present for my b'day! :-)Reception works 24h

Toilette was very small so it was getting dirty very easy with water drops on the floor but it was never washed during my stay - at check-in I was requested to sign a sort of "home rules" which was not mentioned when booking the room

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff knows both English and Russian. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with lovely, comfortable rooms and nice decoration. Located in a calm area, just a short (15-20min) walk from liberty square, so perfect location.

This was my second time for this place and I would highly recommend it.  the hotel was a comfortable and cozy place with a large and clean room . staff is very helpful and friendly especially. gentleman at the front desk. the location is among four popular neighbourhoods which are : old city. soloaki. avlabari and chugaratii. it also has walking distance to museums and popular bars and clubs such as. fabrika.. warshawa and many wine cafe social  hubs and good Georgian restaurants like veliaminov.. In addidion to that it is also located few step to big carefour and trendy eatery food court bazzari.

they should definitely warn next door neighbours for properly parking their cars...

The hotel is lovely and the owner is really helpful and very nice. Bedrooms are nice, well decorated and perfectly clean. Our bed was very cosy.

Everything. Especially the room is super clean! I extended my stay as indeed very good.

That would be perfect if the breakfast is provided. However you can always get something less than 10mins walk.

Good location, quite close to the old town and to the center of the city. Our request to change the room was accepted without problems. Nice old furniture in the rooms and comfortable beds.

We booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be so tiny, it couldn't really be used, and there was only one broken chair on it. The bedroom was very dark, with only one small window, so we asked for a change of room, and the second one was brighter and nicer.

The staff was friendly and helpful when they were present. The room was clean, neat and organized.

There was no one to help when I moved out at night, so no one could help me with my 30kg luggage. No one answering the messages, calls, and doorbell. Absolutely painful to drag suitcases. There is nothing for wheelchair or suitcases, and the street is uneven, dusty and dirty. You will have to bring everything upstairs - no elevator. There were cobwebs everywhere on the hallway furniture too.
