My laundry was wet, I paid for the service yet they stuck in a bag and did not tell me it was wet. Later I found out that my laundry was wet and it smelled when I went to my next location on my trip. Had to wash it again. Had to pay again. Bad service.

Everything was terrible. The receptionist that evening was a teenager who didn't know anything. It took us over an hour to check in, and finally, the room door was broken and wouldn't lock. They told me I could sleep there and they'd try to fix it tomorrow! I refused to stay, and Booking.com didn't refund my money. It's a scam! Run away from them!

We arrived late at night, and when we tried to check in, the hotel’s internet wasn’t working. Because of that, the receptionist couldn’t check us in for a long time and even asked us to share our mobile internet with him,we had just arrived in the country half an hour earlier!The breakfast was very poor, almost nothing to eat. We went there once and never came back. They didn’t even have coffee, so every morning we had to go out and buy it in nearby cafés.We had booked a room with one double bed, but they gave us two separate ones instead. Sleeping on them was very uncomfortable, and the noise from the street was loud since the windows face the main road.At the end of our stay, a staff member named Tika started insisting that we had to check out one day earlier, even though we showed her our Booking reservation clearly showing we had one more night. She just kept saying, “Yes, I see, but you must check out today.” She even came to our room several times until she finally called her manager, to whom we explained everything, only then did she realize her mistake.Overall, a very unpleasant experience and poor service.

The hotel is near the center but we used mainly taxi to get there, staff was friendly. The room has air condition that you can put in cold or hot and it is working properly.

The beds are not so comfortable, and the room is quite small for two persons. The morning buffet had only some basic stuff, and basically the coffee machine was not working. Also, there was not a controller in our room for the tv.

Breakfast served in the basement with little choices. The staff serving breakfast was not friendly.We asked for a queen size bed, but they provided 2 twin beds that had difficulty sleeping.

Yes, for sure I highly recommend and I'll be back here soon. The hotel is located super ok, walking distance to park, shops, terraces, restaurants and even mini mall (Galleria), clean room, super comfortable bed, very ok breakfast. As for the Staff, they were very ok, they helped me and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. I would give Nina note 12, a person who helped me a lot, with restaurant recommendations, excursions, dishes, wines etc...BIG Thanks NINA!

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, I stuck to vegetarian options like potatoes, salads, toast, cereal and my son enjoyed the sweet treats. There was milk rice porridge too and I loved it. Feels homemade and delicious. This is alright for starting your day. The ambience is quiet and you don’t feel rushed, and I could feed my 6yo in peace.

Some more sound proofing in the rooms would be great.

I’m would be nice to have cutlery and (wine) glasses in the room. Also our room had a balcony but no table or chairs to actually sit there — it would have been a nice detail, too.

The ladies on the reception were showing minimum engagement in their work. On a couple of occasions, when they were supposed to provide us with information or answer, they "forgot" to do this.Previously, we spent a couple of nights in a hotel in Kutaisi, where the staff was polite, friendly, and so helpful. Therefore, we were so negatively surprised in this hotel.The heating was broken on the first two nights. It was cold in the room and in the breakfast room.The breakfast was very poor. Eggs were stone cold the first two mornings. Definitely cooked a day before (yuck:(. Also vegies were prepared a day before and stored in the fridge, hence cold and dry.We definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The entire property is spotless and well-maintained, giving off a fresh and modern vibe. The room ‘s clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We didn't have any problems with the room, everything was in good working order. Even though the hotel is located near the road, we didn't hear any sounds that would disturb our sleep. The only I can say it was a bit colder than I expected during the night as we were staying in Feb. The selections on the breakfast were diverse, featuring both hot and cold options, fresh pastries, tea and coffee. Everything was well-prepared and replenished promptly.The hotel’s location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the city.Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with good breakfast included, I recommend this one.
