The staff were friendly, and even upgraded our economy room to king room for freeAlso, the staff in the kitchen clearly explained which and all food is halal and which is not. Overall it was a good and satisfying experience They even have a health faucet in the toilet which was super convenient

Address Boutique Hotel has a great location walking distance to all tourist destination in Old Town Tbilisi Georgia.

We don’t like the small towel. They must have bath towel with big size not only medium size.

This hotel had perfect price/ quality ratio. Reception team was very friendly and informative. We had free parking, which is important for staying in Tbilisi. The room was comfortable, well designed and clean. Overall, the hotel has nice energy.

Close by/walking distance to the centre. Breakfast is good for the ptice.And staff is accomodating and helpful especially Gio.

Location was good near from palace bridge and old town,price and quiet area and safe place

The location is downtown and near themost touristicareas, clean, staff are very friendly cheerful and helpful, the amount and diversity of breakfast which is good and they made upgrading of our rooms as we did special request.

The lighting of the room needs to be modified, and I brought the PlayStation with me, and I didn't find a three-teeth power source.

Clean, big room, delicious breakfast

Spacious rooms. Location. Friendly staff speaking English and Russian. 24/7 reception. Comfortable beds. Black-out curtains in rooms. Water refill every day. Panorama windows.

Some furniture was broken - see photo. Cleaning was not daily, sometimes it was cleaned, sometimes no. Also cleaners were sometimes taking our towels and not changing back for new. Also see photo - no floor towel. There is no bar, lounge zone or just a fridge with cold drinks at reception at the hotel. So at night (but basically after breakfast) you cannot get anything. It’s strange, because we were ready to pay and wanted to chill at the terrace with drinks (at least cola). But we were forced to go to the shop or restaurant.Breakfast. This chapter was the worst. It is awful for the money we pay for the stay. At one day, the only kind of hot meat were sausages (and they were really low quality). Half of the food was simply tasting bad. Vegetables? Tomato, cucumber and iceberg, that’s it. Cold hachapuri, which was not warmed or kept under cover. When you come e.g. at 10, you will not take it. Only one coffee machine. So the day it was broken we were without coffee. Yes, there was bread and jams and one kind of cheese and ham. But what if I don’t like sandwiches?I am sorry, but I will get a better breakfast in Poland at a motel near highway. There should be more alternatives and for sure better hot meals. For the money it costs the level of service should be higher.

The property is in a great location. The room had a bit of weird smell to it but it wasn't too bad. The bathroom and bed were reasonably clean. The location does not have dedicated parking but there is plenty of street parking around it. The staff was super nice and friendly. The terrace/rooftop area is very nice and peaceful to just sit and relax in. A decent hotel for a reasonable price.

Room had a slightly weird smell. Room lighting was weird (it was quite dim).

Everything was perfect. We stayed on the ground floor and expected some noise in the night, but didn't hear anything. Breakfast was good. The staff allowed us to stay an hour longer with no extra charge.

Bathroom was a bit worn and cramped, not much place for all your toiletries, towels etc.
