only the staff were nice and helpful.

-the location is garbage due to the restaurant beside the hotel which has loud music and screaming all night.-sound proofing is none existent.-beds are rock hard its like sleeping on the floor.-bed linings are worn-out to the point its complete garbage.-room is so small.-the room furniture is also worn-out completely.-in the breakfast buffet some of the standard dishes like omelets they charge you for it which is a complete joke.

Only things which can be improved is the addtion of a live egg station to cater to the guest needs.

The receptionist, Mariam, was very cooperative, kind, and smiling, and that’s what I liked most.

The room size was very small, and the so-called shared rooms are not truly shared; rather, they consist of two rooms and a living area with only one bathroom. In addition, the level of cleanliness was not good, and the hotel’s location is not convenient.

We travelled as a family and had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and the experience was made exceptional thanks to Nika Grigalashvili, the Front Desk Supervisor and Reservations Lead. From the very beginning, Nika demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality.He handled my reservation and check-in process seamlessly, ensuring everything was perfectly organized and tailored to my needs. Throughout my stay, Nika was always approachable, attentive, and proactive, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His leadership and attention to detail clearly reflect in the smooth operation of the front desk team.It is rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Nika truly represents the hotel’s commitment to excellent service and guest satisfaction. I also had an issue with my luggage which was lost and he supported me all the way.I highly recommend this hotel, and I would especially like to thank Nika Grigalashvili for making my stay memorable. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others.

The property has big specious rooms with elegance. Neatly maintained with prompt services.Food quality at Fragment and roof top restaurant (with view of hills and monuments) was very good.The hospitality and extended support by Nika and Rusa at the front desk is much appreciated.

Though there was a lot of variety but with less variation of breakfast on a day basis, it was offered with a room package.Food Quality and service were good.

Amazing stay! The hotel truly feels like 5 stars. Huge thanks to Nika and Liza for the perfect room upgrade, the breakfast, and all their help. I even came back after Kazbegi because of their professionalism. Highly recommended — ask for them!

Everything is more than perfect

Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice pool and sauna.

We loved everything about the trip. The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was awsome and a wide variety of food. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Very good with English communication. Nika was very helpful and had a wonderful attitude, his English was superb. He definitely puts customer satisfaction in the front if you have any questions or issues he will take care of them immediately. We wanted to play billiards and he called the restaurant on site and had them open it up on the off hours son my girlfriends son could play. The rooftop restaurant was amazing the food was great and a great price. The indoor pool and hot bath were perfect and then to be able to go to the sauna was an added extra. All around awsome place and staff. Nika thank you for everything I know you will go far in this business just keep putting the customer first and you will do great.

Couldn't stay more..

The experience was amazing!The staff provided service at the highest level.Saba, the receptionist, helped us a lot, was very kind, and assisted with every request we had throughout our stay.The rooms were always clean.The spa facilities are of the highest quality.The best value for money!Every request we made at the reception was handled extremely quickly.Amazing! Highly recommended!

It's a good hotel with comfortable rooms and some facilities. Family room was big enough with partitions for us and our children. Toilet was big enough.

Location was clearly not the best. Even though it is in old town, the lane is quite small and shabby. The hotel entrance is also quite small, it doesn't feel like a big hotel like Ramada. They try to hide these things in photos. Beds were too soft, felt quite old. Absolutely no effort put in breakfast, it was quite bland and had almost nothing for vegetarians. They just don't care about vegetarians.

No bathrobes, no locker, even the door lock was not functioning properly.

Breakfast was very nice with good variety and quality. The room was a bit small, but overall comfortable for a short stay.

Nice hotel for families, great pool and spa, and they also have a nice bilyard room.

Not walking distance from old city, but very cheap to get a taxi.

The balcony is a great addition to the room. The appliances are in good condition.Location is pretty good, quite close to the airport, walking distance to supermarkets and local attractions.

There are issues with the water supply in the room, sometimes the water would just stop running. You need to wait a couple of minutes for it to re-start.Too much furniture in the room, so it feels cramped, even though it is of a decent size.

The hotel is very comfortable, with pleasant staff, rooms large and clean The restaurant in the territory of the hotel served very delicious Georgian food.

The indoor swimming pool area wasn't not comfortable and there were no sunbeds at all.And there was not an elevator in the parking area.
