Loved the view of the city and quite around. It has also an amazing veranda on the top floor with wonderful views. The Hot-tub apartment is super cozy and has big space inside. Loved it!

It is fake pictures and the hotel is very dirty and not clean, alot of insects and the management not professional at all, we request to cancel our reservation but they refuse to give us the money back

It was both dirty and freezing. When we arrived, I assumed it was just another basic room, so I went straight to bed, exhausted. A few hours later, I got up to use the bathroom, only to find the toilet in an unacceptable state, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Disgusted, I immediately searched for another hotel, booked a room, and decided to leave. Before checking out, I asked for a refund, but they refused to reimburse even half the price. I didn’t push it, though all I cared about was finding a clean space where I could actually relax. This place definitely doesn’t deserve its four star rating.

The hotel was amazing and had a great view of the city. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was great. They helped us with our luggage storage and late check-out options. Rezo was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Tbilisi.

The room was big with nice bed and bathroom.The view was good.

The lady on the recepcion does not deserve that job.Its clear that she does not like to speak with tourists.She never told me any informaron about the room,the wifi,the area,the check out progress,NOTHING.I had to find everything alone.She even gave me wrong directions to my room and luckily a lovely lady,who also works there,showed me the way.The chair in my balcony was broken.

in arrival was a creepy guy at the reception ( not English speaker) once I get to the room, the smells inside was awful, and the curtains super dirty, shower bad smells as well. Netflix didn’t work.

Gary at reception was very helpful. Nice hotel. About 10 mins walk from the restaurants and shops.

Hair on the carpet.In bathroom, there was an electricity switch coming out of the wall which could be a hazard.

The staff was helpfull and good and i requsted to change room she helped me.

the place is very bad i booked the highest price bubble it was very bad the beater is bad not working in a good way at alll!! And the room was having fries on floor and macroni! And worse than that there was hair in more than one place.there was also one lamv not working.

Don't know how this property has such extraordinary reviews.Whole property was so dark most of the times. For the prices I think 15% higher could give you a way better property.When entered the AC of the room wasn't working and it was a little too dark for comfort.. AC and light of the floor was off so it really looked empty.Eventually got an upgrade to the room with Jacuzzi and view. But best part was the room, even though smaller, was atleast well lit.Anyways not the best experience, had way higher hopes probably because of amazing reviews which I feel are not very accurate.Property had one staff as 24hr receptionist who was really trying to help but didn't have much idea. A thing as small as a charging point converter wasn't available ?.

We had a lovely balcony with a great view. The suite was extremely well designed and equipped: a lot of place to put things to, cozy bedside light, heated towel rail in the bathroom, kettle and tea

Location is great. It is literally 10minutes walk away from the hot spring center.Staff are nice. We are so thankful for the friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to the auntie preparing breakfast to us everyday, the breakfast was so nice.Property is really clean and tidy. We had a comfortable stay.
