Hotel Residence Plaza

The Georgian people are some of the nicest people I have met over my 40+ years of traveling! With respect to the hotel, I was able to get an early check in (3:00 a.m.) for a small fee - and we could sleep after a very long trip. There was a lot of food for breakfast, and I really liked a sweet bread. On the third day, there wasn't any, and all I told the woman was that I loved it - she went back into the kitchen and brought me three pieces (and it was tasty). They helped with the taxi back to the airport ... all the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Tbilisi <3

Our shower didn't work well, but we didn't complain as the shower in my other family's room next to ours did work well. So, it wasn't really a problem. I am sure it would have been fixed if we had asked. We told them on check out, and I am certain they repaired it - that is how incredibly nice the Georgians are ... <3

Was good clean the stuff is too kindle

There is no options in the breakfast, and the location little far from the down town if u have a car it will be more comfortable

The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was exceptional.

The mattress was excessively soft, which may not be suitable for middle-aged and elderly individuals. My parents, who experience back pain, found it preferable to sleep on the floor due to the mattress's softness.

Surprisingly nice hotel. The team is very friendly and supportive, especially the reception staff. Rooms are nice, spacious and well-equipped with a kettle, tea/coffee, and a mini fridge. Parking in front of the hotel, for 7-8 cars. There are also plenty of extra facilities like a pool, gym, and sauna.

The hotel restaurant was one of my worst dining experiences. I was the only guest and felt very uncomfortable — the staff kept watching me strangely and talking among themselves, giving the impression that I was an unwanted guest. I asked several times if something was wrong or if I had come at the wrong time, but the waitress assured me everything was fine.The kitchen service was also disappointing. I ordered a starter and a main dish, but the main dish was served first. Since I was hungry, I ate it, and the starter arrived 25 minutes later when I was already full. I told the waitress I no longer wanted it, as the starter should have been served before the main dish. She accepted this, but I was still charged.Personally, I will avoid the restaurant if I stay at this hotel again. Dining outside offers better food options at much lower prices.The only positive thing there was the nice and polite waitress with a great service.I do not connect the restaurant with the hotel facilities, so this does not affect my overall rating of the hotel

The staff provided excellent service, the cuisine was quite satisfactory, the hotel's location was ideal, and our room offered a panoramic view of the city.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Plaza! From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with all the modern amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.The location is perfect — close to main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful and quiet enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, giving a great start to each day.Overall, the combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location makes Hotel Residence Plaza a top choice in Tbilisi. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Clean and tidy. Facilities are various comparing to the price of the property. Pool-Gem- breakfast...

Pretty much nothing!

We made a reservation as a big group months ahead, and 2 days before the arrival they just canceled some of our bookings. Without explanation not picking up the phone/replying to an email. They gave me free upgrade on the day of reservation, but once we arrived we were downgraded, bellow the room category yhat we paid for. Found other people comb on the sofa, broken kettle, broken closet... ironing service... well, you could go to floor 0 and iron yourself in the hallway. Just ridiculous.

Nothing! It was Horrible!

Safety! As a women alone in my room having a man walk into my room at 06:44am using a key card to open my room scared me! I shouted from my bed YES and he hurriedly closed the door saying sorry! When I reported to reception the the receptionist man seemed to not care and just said it’s okay he is new, it’s just a little mistake! He dismissed my concerns about everything and didn’t care at all. Housekeeping has no right to help themselves to whatever is in the room nor remove or throw away anything. Food at breakfast has to be the worst and the staff at breakfast will give you a headache if you didn’t already have one from the awful loud music playing till way after midnight. They cancelled rooms a day before without notice and trying to reach them via telephone or booking contact is pointless. Pictures are misleading to what’s the rooms actually are like! If we weren’t such a big group staying together I would have left asap.

The staff is very responsive

The bathroom facilities are problematic, almost no water pressure, no curtain in the bathtub which let's the water splash on the floor and walls freely

Clean, located close to the airport, also not too far from the city centre (taxi rides are cheap in Tbilisi) ... I recommend.

The view

There were lots of insects. Secondly, my room supposed to be king double bed unfortunately they put 2 single bed together which made my night bad in the middle of sleep i came in between of the tow beds. Finally i was uncomfortable since check in because the guy in the reception was not welcoming or dealing in a warm way also looking to us in weird way if i am not mistaken his name is SHOTA. Hopefully Shota you change your opinion about muslim people it would be better for your mind.When I checked out the 2 women were smiling and dealing well with us so thanks for your professional way of dealing with people.Thanks

Nice, clean hotel

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a letdown. The room was dirty when we arrived — hair on the floor and the bathroom smelled musty.Staff were friendly.The pictures on the website are very misleading — don’t be fooled.Breakfast was included but absolutely inedible. Cold eggs, stale bread, and no fresh fruit or juices.

Why I am going to stay at here next time:It is at the city center, you can go anywhere by 10-15 mins of taxi trip.Breakfast is open buffet. The quality and variety of food is really good.Beds, mirrors and other parts of the rooms are clean enough. They change whatever you want to be changed instantly. My bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby..And last but not least, I would like to thank to the staff. They are so friendly and nice. They answer your needs 7/24 with kindness and a sincere smile.

There was not a major negative thing that I remember to list here.

All the stuff are friendly especially Nino in the reception she always smile and gave me nice and clean room to access easily to the pool and that makes my son very happy. Breakfast is good.

Room was comfortable but there was doublle mattress on a queen bed. Soundproofing could be better.
