Hugo Boutique Hotel

Great location and great rooms. Hugo was a very nice person and allowed us a very early check in and gave a room upgrade also. Very clean and well maintained rooms and washrooms.

My family and I reserved 2 rooms for 5 nights during August. What we liked most is the cleanliness of the facility, the breakfast and the charming terrace on the rooftop. One of the rooms, the Deluxe King suite, is very comfortable, spacious and has very nice view. The 2 ladies and the gentleman running the facility are welcoming and helpful. Special credit to the nice lady preparing the breakfast. We loved this facility. If we returns to Tbilisi, the Legend Hotel will be our first option. For moderate budget, this hotel is perfect.

One of the mattresses in the twin room was not comfortable. To be honest, we didn't make a claim about it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Legend Hotel. The room was very clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — rich, generous, and full of special Georgian dishes, all freshly made by the lovely lady in the kitchen (I wish I remembered her name!). She was so kind and welcoming.Special thanks also to Goga at the front desk — he was so friendly and helpful, and made us feel really at home.

Room with Balcony is not worth it. It has no view.

The staff is really nice. Good people.The location is also good, just 5 mins walking from the old city where the sulphur baths are. The breakfast was good.

Everything else. The room had a lot of things broken and not cleaned for a few months at least. The lights in the bathroom didn't work so they put 2 lamps there, one of them was broken too. The tap of the hot tub was broken. The walls had holes in it with bare power joints. The mirrors had permanent stains on it. We stayed for a week and the room was "cleaned" only once. The bathroom was very dirty with ants, lots of ants. They crawled on our toothbrushes, on the floor, sinks everywhere, it was disgusting. The bed had no mattress sheet. We thought they just forgot it, but after they "cleaned" the room (the only time, on the second or third night) and changed everything there was no mattress sheet, again. Instead of putting mattress sheets they used duvet cover. The blanket had brown stains on it. The towels had holes in them from oldness. The room had lots of spider webs everywhere, on the ceiling, in the bathroom, on every heating battery. The room was super cold with only 1 ac unit in the living room. The heating batteries didn't work of course. The first day we couldn't take a shower because of the cold. The balcony was holding water and it was full of mold. The sink cabinets had lots of mold too and was were dirty, you can't store there nothing.

Hotel room was tiny but had everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and room was modern. Cleanliness was not perfect - hairs on bedsheets. Roof terrace had great views and staff was nice. Great value for money!

The location was ideal, close to the city center and major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Smiling, available, answering all our questions and helping us.Big shout-out to the lady who took care of us for the early breakfast, she was so nice and lovely.

Stayed at the hotel twice now and both times really enjoyed it. Staff are friendly, breakfast is very filling, and rooms are good. Location is just a 5 minute walk from the sulphur baths and old town.

The location is amazing… only 1 kms from city center.

The beds were separated and we couldn’t move them in together. Construction on the street was loud.

A very rude receptionist, bad look at me every time. Not even a hint of a smile. Behaved like she doesn’t get paid for this and it’s not even her job. In the online chat continued talking to me in Russian even though I answered in English ? also the noise is very loud in the room and the location is tough to find.

Very fair price. Amazing Rooftop Terrace. Comfortable room. AC worked well. Although there was a language barrier, personal always tried to help (Google Translate did a good job here). Quiet and good location, many landmarks could be reached by foot in short time.

No lift could be a problem for some. Hotel is very uphill at a street in bad condition, keep this in mind when trying to get there. Breakfast was no that overwhelming, but for that price it was alright. After taking a shower the bath would be flooded. TV was kind of useless, especially when it refused to connect to Wi-Fi.
