It was one of the best hotels in tibilisi it has a nice location and service and they also received my lost bag and informed me directly.

Staff took excellent care of my wife while I was detained in Turkey

The location was great! Very well serviced around it with supermarkets and pharmacies and a Miniso store.

I think the furniture could be enhanced a bit.

The location is amazing! So close to so many restaurants and attractions. You can walk anywhere! They have a driver service that will take you anywhere you want. We needed a 3 hour ride to Kazbegi and we got Kakha, a young gentleman who was amazing! He speaks English, he is super friendly and very helpful. He was a great tour guide who stopped us at a few locations to take pictures while explaining the rich history of Georgia. Kakha took us to the Friendship Monument even though it was snowing and super windy. Stayed with us and walked with us in the cold and took our pictures. He dropped us off at our new accommodation and helped us with our luggage. He was amazing! Thank you Kakha and David, and thank you Mukhrantubani Hotel for a wonderful experience!

Very poor breakfast everything is old, and for drinking cappuccino you need to pay extra.The room looked very very old, the terrace door doesn’t close and I had 2 little kids so it was very dangerous The room has 2 doors, all the electrical devices including the refrigerator were on the floorI don’t recommend this property at all

The shower room was "strange": the shower cabin is half-open, so water is everywhere after a single use.

Location is great, staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk helped us book a room at a sulfur bath and also gave us a complimentary birthday cake. Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good.
