This hotel is far better than many, believe me, their staff is brilliant. On our last day we were provided with a breakfast package when we had to depart as early as 6:30 am. Thank you guys, will visit again!!

The place is cozy, it's just next to where the old city starts, easily one can walk and go to the places nearby like waterfall and the monument.Breakfast is good and the staff is very cooperative. I simply loved this place.

Some rooms are quite small so chcek the size of the room while booking.

It would be nice if the shower facility could be more optional. Also they should've taken more attention about the situations in the rooms...

The stuff were super friendly. The rooms were also super clean and well equiped. The beds were comfortable, very comfortable. The breakfast was fantasric. 10 of 10 for anything.

It's certainly not a 4 star. You have to go down to the reception to get an iron and then sign a piece of paper. Like seriously?!Towels? Yes go down to reception.the lights went out of the whole hotel. Kids were panicking. No explanations or Appologies offered. No toiletries. Breakfast is OK. Had a terrible experience at both mornings for breakfast.Doesn't seem to be run by a good mgmt.

The room was beautiful, it was worth every penny spent. The staff were so amazing and friendly, literally all of them at the reception were so helpful. A special thanks to Kate for assisting me with amending my booking, she was so understanding and helpful.

Great staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had a fantastic experience. Even though we arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, the staff was very accommodating and even offered us some delicious coffee and traditional Easter dish (paska). The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, with no noise from the street. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options to choose from. Throughout our stay, the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Well they have the best staffs i ever met in my travel. All can speak english and very polite and friendly. They even assisted my wife to order food online and they delivered it to our room. The reception is indeed 24/7 available!
