Eleven Inn Tbilisi

When I checked into the hotel, my room was small and the staff quickly fixed the problem for me at an additional cost. The new room was clean and comfortable. The robes were dirty but the environment was pleasant.

the photo doesn’t match the actual. It was a 4star hotel and yet, there is not room heater and no AC. some lights are out already - out of 6 lights, only 2 was functioning. I report it to the reception since day 1 and they told me they will fix it, but nothing was done. Majority of the staff doesn’t know how to speak english.

The bed. They said they will provide King size bed. But it is just 2 single beds, combined together!

Modern interior, good location, very friendly housemaids, bed size, a lot of switches to set up the illumination in different ways, cleanliness, two balconies (it's fun)

The room feels too small; the douche was broken when we arrived and could only be fixed on the next day (and it was)

The hotel works fine for a short stay, especially if you only need a place for one or two nights. The location is actually very good — just a five-minute walk to Old Tbilisi and the market — which makes it convenient for exploring the city. The reception staff also helped when I faced an AC issue, and overall the setup is simple and straightforward. The hotel is small, just one floor, which makes it easy to move around, and it offers the basics you’d expect for a quick stop in the city.

However, the uphill walk to reach the hotel can be tiring if you go in and out often. The check-in felt a bit unfriendly, the balcony was very small, and the room wasn’t very clean, with some insects noticed. Noise was also an issue at night, with kids running around in the one-floor space. Overall, decent but not ideal for longer stays.

It’s small cozy boutique hotel, staff is very friendly and breakfast was really good, feels like home. Overall all good ?

It’s just perfect - location is amazing- curtains ensure a good sleep as it stops a lot of light from coming in- smart tv - comfortable bed- clean

The rooms were nice and spacious. It was clean and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

This is an excellent hotel. I came from Dubai and always visit Georgia, but this is the first time I’ve met such kind and respectful staff—especially Shako. He upgraded my room for free when the one I booked was small. He was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and meeting the manager.

Very clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, wonderful staff, available parking spots outside in the evening, and a quiet location??

Very comfortable beds. Super good location. Really friendly stuff. And a kettle for tea in the room. Also a small fridge for cold drinks. Parking is free on one side of the street. Youtube in tv. Everything is perfect.

It’s not a “4 star hotel”. Moreover the front desk isn’t open 24/7 and WiFi isn’t the best.

No thing .. I arrived at 2 am with my family and baby no one was available for check in and we were in very bad situation however I confirm with them the time of arrival 3 times and late check in time

The hotel's location is wonderful, as it isConveniently situated near many attractions, eliminating the need for transportation. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the rooms are meticulously cleaned every day.

Bidet sink is clogged and due to high water pressure it’s traumatically dangerous to use it.Last two days there was a problem with water supply system: hot water was present in both lines.

Very clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need. From slippers to coffee and tea and even a bathing robe. It’s also a very good location, most of landmarks, cafes and attractions in short walk distance. The staff is amazingly kind and nice
