Original Boutique Aparthotel

Property is in a great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Room was spacious and clean. Shout out to Natalia who was amazing and even recommended some restaurants (both Georgian cuisine and others). She was very responsive and is a great local guide. She gave detailed instructions for check-in, followed up after we reached the hotel and even accommodated our request for a ground floor room.

Convenient location among historic streets. Very clean, not noisy at all, tucked away from busy streets but still very close to everything.

May be adding towel and robe hooks in the bathroom would be great.

View from the 3rd room was a bit dull, Hotel is not far from the liberty square, about 10-15 minutes of walking.But any farther location from that is a Bolt MUST.

Location is great, 3 mins to centre. Good balcony, pleasure to have coffee there in the morning. very comfortable beds, slept good.

Instruction was to left the clean service on the door, we did not left it cause didnot need it. but someone wanted to open the door at 9 am. and we woke up, that's not nice.And was very roily smell from the room, all day long we left conditioning in restroom turned on..

The property offered self check-in, which wasn’t convenient and there were no staff available to assist with luggage or provide support. Additionally, there was no housekeeping service during the stay, which may not suit all guests.

Close to city center.

This property was not a hotel and should not be posted under hotel. This place was a private apartment, and a hostel than a hotel, no concierge, method of communication was through booking.com and email with at least 5 hours delay. No room service, the basement room flooded before our arrival but the renovation started while we were there and cause a lot of dust and noise.

There was no reception.although the did answer it all and were very helpful it’s not the same as someone physically being in the reception.so all was great besides that.and there’s a photo of the balcony there is one but really really small for only one person to stand in

The staff was good.And hotel has a pleasant scent.

From the photo it looks that the balcony has view but from our balcony it is just wall and a small area that is called balcony.It doesn’t have body gel for.It doesn’t have fridge in the room.

Communication with the staff. The size of the room. Clean room with comfy beds, great shower.

The place was very cozy and clean. The staff was so friendly and provided with everything that we could need. The rooms were huge, me and my mom had enough space. The location was perfect. Quiet and 4 minutes from the Liberty Square.

Location is great, right near Parliament and Liberty square. The bed is a full king-size (not two twin beds connected together). It was very comfortable and the room had everything you might need - suitcase stand, safe, hangers, dishes, refrigerator, etc.

Sometimes it was too hot - the AC can be turned off. Also you can add more toilet paper to the bathroom.

1. Helpful and friendly staff. They helped me with hosting my elderly parents (booking was for them). I’d like to specifically mention Lyudmila who really made a difference for my parents. She was always there to help, with many advices, warm smile and sincere effort to make their stay as comfortable as it could be. They just couldn’t stop talking about her! True professional and a impersonification of a Georgian hospitality. 2. Location, breakfasts and the place itself are also a very good deal. It was also very quite although close to the city’s center.
