  • The entire staff provided excellent service. Every request was met promptly and professionally. Its rare to find a hotel where the staff makes such a positive impact. Truly unforgettable

  • The response from this hotel really shattered my worldview. The male front desk employee broke into a female guest's room in the middle night, i did not get a proper apology, now the hotel could even say that this incident had never happened. SO HOW DARE WE STAY IN SUCH A HOTEL? The first time I stayed in this hotel was a family trip. The hotel looked clean, so I chose again. My room number at that time should be 106, a room with a corner kitchen. Only 2 rooms in that side. The male front desk first used the card to open the door in the middle night, as I used the chair to hold the door handle, he couldn't open it easily, so he kept hitting the door until the door opened and I questioned him then he finally left. I clearly remember the time was 02:53am. In the morning I informed the male front desk staff on the day shift, and all I got was a "truly sorry". In the past 3 month, whenever this incident came to my mind, I feel painful, it is a torment. There were several times when I was writing hotel reviews, and I wanted to write down, but I feel hard, as it is miserable, and it will remind me the hard time here. Oh, by the way, one more thing. There is a paper card with a QR code in the hotel room, saying that you can make complain through the code. When this happened, as the front desk did nothing, I was thinking about writing a complaint, i scanned and nothing works. You can find the same story in other guest's review. This hotel tried to show how much they care about the guest, but it is just a show! The thing I regret most is that I didn't call the police and contact the embassy immediately. I was shocked and scared, and there is language barrier. I was counting on the hotel to solve it properly. Now seeing the response from this hotel, I just want to say, stay away, for your safety and for your happiness. To this hotel, I am really curious how many people used how many cards to enter room 106 from 22,Jan to 6. Feb,2025?
